“Pocketwin are an absolute joke, I have self excluded due to their absolute farcical withdrawal process. I forwarded all relevant documentation as requested, paid phone bills, bank account transactions, passport, driving license and even my bank card. I spoke with one of their customer service representatives, and she even confirmed that she was happy with everything, and my withdrawal request would be now processed by the banking team. I’m still waiting, and they are now stating that they need my username, which I have totally forgot! Unbelievably even after they ask me my address, dob, full name, and what phone number is linked to the account. To which I gave them , they then say I fail their security check, and refuse to discuss matters with me. I was even asked what my last deposit was, which I also confirmed, and still no joy. I can’t recover my username because I’ve self excluded, and they say they have no other available security questions to ask me. So apart from donating my blood, there’s no joy. It’s amazing though, that when I opened my account with them, and having made numerous deposits. At no stage did they ever ask for proof of who I am! So my advice is stay away from this site, because all they do is take take take! No proof needed to deposit, but try to withdraw, and there’s a mountain of excuses. I am now in the process of taking it up with the gambling resolver, and I am making it a mission of mine, to receive my payment. Along with my compensation, eventually I’ll be a happy bunny again!”

“Complete con artists, PocketWin and bonus boss the same. Had a little win on both. Nothing amazing but all the same for the month it should have made me better off. I sent all my ID off to them like you would expect from a legitimate site. This in mind I’m feeling a bit flush so I spend over my budget for the month expecting my winning with in the time frame specified. Now I have fallen behind for the month. Not only am I short but I have received bank charges etc, therefore now actually in debt because they keep refusing to pay although saying they have excepted my ID. Have phoned many times and spoke with very nice but at the same time very useless people who just read from a script. I am in talks with the gambling commission, trading standards and citizens advance.”

“I would avoid its basically the same people winning and they win in every room on a constant loop Also the jackpot never seems to be won but yet it can be there one day and gone the next and when u ask the staff about it lol they don't answer or there is a laughable excuse I wish I had a Job where they give me money to play bingo and a for sure win”

“Finally received my winnings of 60 pounds they had all the relevant information and documents. Would not recommend betting with this site unless you are used to being treated badly go for it. Previously I waited a month for 70 pounds. Also I did not really win what i withdrew. Phoning their premium rate number cost me around 12 texts asking for help charged me. You are paying these people in order to get access to your own money. It's called profiteering it should be made illegal”

“Cannot withdraw from this site ive put about £150 on this site to win only£40 and they had my bank details which they never needed before only to get a text message 3 days later asking for a copy of my passport or driving licence to continue with my withdrawal....joke site PLEASE STAY AWAY PEOPLE ..”

“Absolutely disgusting site please people don’t use it I put over £700 in and have tried to collect £849 I’ve spoke to them around 5 times now sent them every bit of ID and bank statements whilst they are on the phone so they could check and have said it’s all fine then I still don’t receive any money then they block my account and try to say that they are doing it for my benefit what an absolute joke honestly people don’t go on there site I will be reporting them”

“Do not ever use pocket win, I have deposited money numerous times and when I won , they have not paid me, they take your money off you but when you win you will not get your money, they owe me £700 which i will probably never get”

“Would not waste your time with this site. Never win anything decent I went to deposit one night and the site said that it could not get in touch with my bank. So I tried again, same thing happened so I went to deposit on another site but I had insufficient funds in my account. So logged back in to pocket win but there was no money in my player account. logged back in to my bank they've taken the money. Been trying to contact them for 4 days now 3 people have got my login details. Not one person has got back InTouch with me. I Have been ROBBED by this cowboy site keep well away”

“I wish could give no stars! Been depositing almost a year just tried to withdraw and they say my account is excluded! The number to text for support doesn’t work and no replies ever come back from emails. As I am writing this I am still waiting on the phone for 45 minutes. DONT TOUCH THIS SITE!”

“I've been playing with PocketWin for years and I got my wagering to £0.00 meaning anything I won would now be able to withdraw in cash not bonus credit I have requested 2 winning withdrawals and I am still waiting to get paid from them since November 2020 were now June 2021 and I am still waiting alls I get told is my ID is not good enough I have used a indate passport my medical card my bank statement again a recent one aswel as a housing benefit letter and a solicitors letter and a utility bill letter and all that IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH for them to pay me out but it's totally different when they are talking money we deposit to them you know they are ok using my bank card for deposit but they won't release my winnings to the same bank card along with all the ID I sent them I really don't understand how they say it not good enough I pass security when I phone them so surely I can't give them anymore to prove it is me they even tried saying that I breached my account terms and conditions as am using a phone number that is registered to another account a account that I had many years ago in a different address with a different card I had registered back then as far as am concerned I informed them that I had changed address and I added a new card to my account so I haven't breached anything they just DONT want to pay me out as it's a few hundred pounds am owed if they won't pay what they owe they should add it back in your account so you can play it I wouldn't recommend PocketWin to anyone you will have nothing but excuse after excuse from them”

“POCKETWIN IS A SCAM. THEY TAKE ALL MONEY FROM YOU BETTING. BUT REFUSE TO PAY YOU YOUR WINNINGS WHEN YOU TRY WITHDRAWAL IT. IVE ASKED FOR ALL RECORDED PHONE CALLS AND YOU WILL SEE IVE BEEN RIPPED OFF AND CONNED FROM POCKETWIN This company and all its sister company is like pocket rain and fortune or OJ have this company and always sister companies like pocket rain and fortune oh Joe are scams. truly scammed me. I spent £100’s and in 15/04/2021 I withdrew £60 I had supposedly won , they said it usually takes 1 working day to process it then it up to 5 working days to be in ya account. I have phoned them 8 times and they have said we give wrong info to me and will do a manual bank transfer that will take a couple days, that was 13 ago They are a CON”

“Avoid this site!! Always happy to take your money but never wants to pay out. It rearely lets you win on real money as you can’t withdraw bones money so you will find that is mostly what you win. On the odd accession you might win real cash but that’s when they start to request additional information. Happy to take your money without this information though, just not withdraw. They will first request your proof of ID which most sites request so that’s not a problem. They then start requesting phone bills, previous phone bills, bank statement with phone bills on. Don’t wast your time and money on this site!! I tried to resolve it through emails but they reply to you about once every 2-3 weeks meaning I had 4 email replies over the course of ten weeks an still didn’t get it resolved! They can keep it an I will not be putting any more money into this site. Tip- if you do use this site then don’t speak to the chat hosts, they are never happy with any type of banter, they are only happy when they are asking stupid questions so they can try and get you to follow a link to play slots”

“I put in £ 1700 then I won £ 2296 but I waited forever and couldn't see the money in my account, every day I called when they asked for the bank bill when they asked for ID when I deposited All information they say after 1 to 5 days money will be in my account but still do not see then I call on the phone they say to send information next date and time I put money into play, after I I sent them to the printed bank, they said it was too blurry and they were actually a scam company, why are there people who work for that company who do not feel so cruel why they cheat? Don't they feel hurt, if their loved ones do that, what do they think, but why are scam companies like this, the government still exists, what am I going to do? lost my 1700 pounds”
