the worst company they took my money over a year ago and still no refund. worst customer service every and there is nothing I can do! DO NOT RISK ORDER IF THEY DONT HAVE STOCK

Never Pre-Order!!!! I Pre-ordered a pop 5 months in advance, yet the order was never filled and now the pop is showing out of stock. Their team member stated there was no expected re-stock date, so it was a complete waste of time and effort. This was my first time using the site and I will never again.

Sad to say but very disappointed in service. I ordered a good amount of pops and only a few came in. From my understanding for preorder is you are guaranteed when item is released that why you preorder, but in this case if comes it comes no real tracking. I would not recommend buying pops here. Customer service has no definite answer.

Simply put, terrible. Took almost 3 months to fulfill an order of in stock items, had my money for almost 6 months on a pre order that should have shipped the back end of last year, have now cancelled all pre-orders and will never use again.

I received my funko pop with the plastic on the inside damaged and broken. Literal plastic pieces fell out of the box as I opened it. The outside box was fine which is why this is so weird. I contacted pop in a box and all they will do is a 15% refund which is ridiculous for purchasing a damaged item at full price! This business needs to have better customer service and better solutions if they want to stay in business. These are collector items they're dealing with!!! I will never buy from them again because they just don't care!

Pre-ordered the Pearl Jam pop set back in July 2021, it was released in Feb 2022 but friends had their sets in November. After three messages about it I keep getting the standard reply "we are still awaiting stock, do you want to keep waiting or cancel the order". They don't give you any useful info like that they are actively chasing up the supplier or that they have an estimated delivery date. Terrible service, don't waste your time or effort. I'm going to cancel, let's see if I get my money back.

Absolutely terrible customer service. For the second time in a row I have pre-ordered items on the first day they have been available to order only to find that months later when they still haven't arrived (October to March for example) the items are showing as out of stock and when I contact them I am told they have had them in, sold out and they are no longer available despite my pre-order not being fulfilled. I cannot believe how poor the level of service is. Very unhappy son and very unhappy father here. Won't be shopping here again.

The worst company I have EVER dealt with money has been stolen and no refund after 8 weeks. The will give e not details of who I can contact about this and now tell be they are not cover by an ombudsmen so trying to find other ways to complain about the terrible service DO NOT USE

Honestly the worst experience I've been through trying to phone or return goods. They make it very difficult to contact them, "lost" 2 parcels out of 4, luckily I take pictures and keep receipts and to top it off they don't give a full refund!! I read the bad reviews but didn't think it would be THIS bad, but trust me it is! AVOID.

Quick one: Ordered a Pop Vinyl Dec 2020 for Xmas, it is now Feb 2022 and it's still processing, got in contact 4-5 times with customer service (they were shocking, kept giving me different date after date). No refund, no contact...except an email asking about experience with customer service and filling in a survey one and a half years after the last message.

Ordered three funkos. Two of them took six months to arrive. One of them just never arrived. I preordered mine and a couple of weeks after I bought it, it showed as sold out. After seven months of waiting and never getting a single response from customer services, I cancelled the order and got the money back through my bank. Scam outfit 100%.

I purchased 4 pops in Sept 2021 and between then and now (Feb 15, 2022) only 1 Pop was fulfilled. I have asked them numerous times when my other 3 pops would be fulfilled and I'm met with the usual suspects of: supply chain, global pandemic, holiday season being busy. Ok fine, but I feel 5 months is MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME to fulfill my order. I go to cancel the remaining 3 Pops and request a refund, to which they say, "those pops were never sent out, so no funds were ever charged, hence there is no refund to issue" ok wait a minute. You mean to tell me if I picked a POP right now and checked out, I wouldn't be charged until it has been shipped? No. That's BS and they know it. They said if I can show proof of that charge they will bring it up to the financial department, and on my Wells Fargo the transaction was so LONG AGO that my history doesn't even go back that far to see it. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! At this point, I'm just going to have to eat the loss because this has taken too much time, energy, and effort trying to chase down less than $40. BUYER BEWARE!!

I ordered three pops in July 2021 have not received them have a buddy that ordered the same pops in January 2022 and his shipped. Message to them about it and was told that they weren’t in stock how are they not in stock if they’re sending them to people that ordered them way after me will not be doing business with them in the future.

Bought three pops in a deal in November 2021. One was sent out and I recieved it on Christmas eve. The second, after messaging twice asking what the hell is going on, arrived the end of January 2022. Its now February 2022, and the third pop is out of stock. Firstly there was an issue with the order, when I said I still wanted the pops they assured me they would be here as soon as possible.ive messaged five times In total. I even got told I would be sent a free pop as an apology for the fact its not been a great experience...for them to ignore the reply and just say "thank you for letting us know your query has been sorted, take care"....nothing has been sorted. They lied saying they would send a free pop, they have taken my money months ago and still haven't dent me the final pop, and sold me a product that's out of stock. This customer services are automated or shocking. The couldn't organise a drinking party in a brewery. I wouldn't trust these as far as I could chuck them and I am telling anyone who will listen to avoid these like the plague. Fair enough if it's stuff for an adult, but when I am buying things for my child and he is disappointed over and over again, it's just abysmal. Bottom line, avoid these!!!!!

Wish I checked here first, I’ve got 18 pops which haven’t arrived and one they “weren’t able to fulfil” which is false advertising. No email address and I doubt they’ll actually help me. No preorder dates, fake tracking, lost parcels, what a head curl.

Absolutely terrible costumer service! I've tried canceling specific parts of orders and they either cancel the wrong items or don't cancel it at all. Ive been sent and charged for pops i dont want. There's no real person to talk to it's all computer generated and they dont take responsibility for their mistakes.

Seems I have been taken on the same ride as so many others. Ordered 4 items, received one and trying to chase this up with no responses and the order site to cancel the item has suddenly lost the cancel button. Not good and quite unhappy. Please do not order from them.

Scam site. Take your money qnd don't deliver. You then have to fight for a refund I ordered 6.5 months ago. Release date changed numerous times and when I ask to cancel imtold I didn't pay qs they don't take the money until the items are shipped. This a lie. Sent proof of payment and im still fighting. Ill be reporting this site
