“Third time ordering from this website. First time my parcel arrived a couple of days late, the sizing was off. Second time I waited a month for my package to arrive. Tracking said it was still processing and PLT said that it had been delivered. Instead of sending me the clothes again I was given a refund and told to re-order them which means I missed the discount that was on offer when I originally purchased items from them. Third time the package came a couple of days late. Super excited. I'm a constant size 4 yet all the clothes ran either way too big or way too small. Material quality wasn't that great, I'd rather buy from Supre instead of PLT. TL;DR - Website images are misleading. Shipping takes too long. Customer service is average.”

“I've been waiting a while for my dresses. If i dont get these dresses tonight (the expected arrival date) i will flip sh*t!!!!!! WORST SITE EVER. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION.”

“Ordered my daughter a rainbow unicorn onesie for Christmas received a solid pink one that looks nothing like the one we ordered. No refund. I can pay to turn it and pay for them to ship me another one. WTF? Are you serious not worth the hastle. Seriously disappointed. Hope it doesn't ruin her Christmas.”

“Scam. Total scam. Famous for how TERRIBLY made their clothes are. Experts at catfishing - clothes look great online, come looking like rags made in China. Delivery is a JOKE - constantly scam northern Irish people into paying for UK next day delivery. WE'RE IN THE UK? Why don't we get it the next day??? Yet am offered and charged for next day every single time. When I complain, it somehow takes 5 business days to get my postage money back. Took 10 seconds to take it from my account though? And I ordered something on Wednesday, it's now SATURDAY NIGHT and no parcel. No reply from them on what's app or Twitter. Scammers disgusting company that should go bust.”

“I ordered clothes from this website over a week ago and I was given a date that it was suppose to come, December 1st. On this date it didn't arrive and when I tracked my order a few days later it said it was suppose to be here on the 6th of December. I still do not have my clothes and I ordered it for a special function I needed it for over the weekend. I was really excited about this website and am really disappointed that I still have not received them and can't track it properly to know where it is.”

“I ordered 3 piece of items for a special occassion. The orders arrived MUCH late than expected. I returned the items as I did not need them anymore. In their website it is written 21 days is the maximum duration to process the refund. After more than a month passed, I had to e-mail them over and over and then finally received a reply that they would process my refund. I send them all 3 items, but they emailed me saying they will refund only 2 items because they didn't find the 3rd item in the package (???!!!!) They still did not send me my refund by the way. TERRIBLE COMPANY”

“WORST COMPANY EVER GOT MY ORDER WRONG. SENT BACK A DRESS AND THEY ASKED FOR PROOF THAT I SENT THIS. ALSO DID THIS TO MY FRIEND,I RE PURCHASED THE SAME DRESS WHICH WAS $180 BECAUSE IT TOOK SO 3 WEEKS TO COME THE FIRST TIME (I PAID FOR EXPRESS) PFFFFT WHAT EXPRESS? GENERIC CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSES. “The WORST ONLINE SHOPPING COMPANY EVER! I will never order from here again. They lose everyone's packages, ship them late, do not provide or update tracking information. The customer service is AWFUL. I ordered something from here for my wedding and they would NOT work with me at all to help me find a replacement that THEY lost. I have never had a worse experience. “Never again..ordered twice. My first experience was when I ordered a dress in a light pink colour..let's just say the colour it came in looked like a dark gone off pink,plus the material was so uncomfortable and cheap,ugh. My second experience was when I decided to give them another chance..again I was kicking myself.I ordered a jumper,only because I fell in love with it when a friend showed it to me.It came with snags on it,which to me doesn't look good for the quality,then again it is PLT. Also,their next day delivery is the biggest scam ever!!Emailed customer service twice and I got no response.It's one of them websites that you hear more bad than good.”
