Horrible shop. Everyone I know who has purchased from PLT has been ripped off and scammed. I purchased 3 cheap items and used the discount code (that is always there) to bring it down to $50. The site said $50 throughout the whole checkout process, however when I checked my bank account I realised the company had taken over 100. After realising I emailed them immediately asking for the extra charged money back as I couldn’t afford $100 (hence why I only planned to spend 50!!) where a rep from PLT said I would have to wait until the order arrived and then PAY to have them shipped back for a full refund. Honestly, just don’t purchase from this brand. They don’t care about their customers and are happy to scam the F*** out of their customers.

No idea why there are so many bad reviews. Ordered a dress for a friends wedding that was shipped the day after I ordered it and delivered not even a week later. The dress fits perfectly according to the size chart and the material and everything is super nice. LOVE. Also, I live in Toronto and didn’t have to pay any duty fees which was super nice. 10/10 would recommend!

•Horrible service •Don’t give you the right size that you order •The quality of the clothing is very cheap. I ordered a dress from there and it was completely see through and nothing like what it looked like on the model • Sent me broken shoes and packaged them knowing they were broken • Don’t have a contact number just and email, so it’s pretty difficult to get a hold of them • Returning all of the items I ordered was a nightmare plus you’re in charge of paying for all the shipping costs. It was so difficult to find the proper postage the send the items back Overall will not be ordering from them again...

I ordered a pair of trousers from prettylittlething.ie to wear to my Grandad’s 80th Birthday celebration. I paid for next day delivery. Over a week later the parcel has still not been delivered. I have since had to go out and buy something else to wear and Pretty Little Thing are refusing to refund my money to me and are insisting that I must wait until the package arrives and then I can return it for a refund. It seems fairly obvious that the package has been lost by the courier, Fastway, although no one will admit this. I have spent hours at this stage communicating with both the courier company and numerous customer service representatives from Pretty Little Thing and I feel that I am being treated very unfairly.

I ordered a few things on this website. One of them were a two pack of bandeau tops. It looked really cute but was too small and I have never seen such an disgusting material. Second I ordered a white crop top IN MY USUAL SIZE. But I can’t say anything about it because i wasn’t able to fit in. The next thing I ordered was the reason why I even ordered. It was a chiffon lace corsage in white. That’s the only thing I kept even if it’s nearly transparent. I’m just shocked because I have to pay for a nearly transparent shirt 30$. And also I had to pay the shipping (10$) to germany. Do not recommend!!! And I'll never order something of them again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I have made a total of 5 purchases from PrettyLittleThing and 3/5 orders have gone wrong. My first purchase, a white blouse came with a stain on it. My second purchase, a 2 piece suit, I was sent 2 blazers. My third purchase was sent to me in UK sizing, although I converted my currency to Canadian pricing (they claim i was shopping on the UK site, i was not, this is not my first time shopping online).... so my items were sent to me 2 sizes too small. With all of these errors on their end, they provide little to no customer service. They offered me 30% off, which is the promo they always have going on. Just over all they are not a reliable website and the clothes are poor quality. Many other online retailers provide a better service and better quality.

This company is horrible. They are a bunch of scams a bunch of liars. Who ever owns this company it is losing money and customer because their team it’s a bunch of jokes. I never leave reviews but what I went through with them and how they lied me for a week straight I thought someone had to read this. Purchased few things from them and I had a 50% off code, they lost my package and then when I asked them ok well I can repurchase everything but you guys have to give me the same discount and they said no they can’t ummmm ok that’s your mistake so now correct it and sent me my items. After a week going back and forth them telling me it takes 24hr to get the code i found out they were lying to me. Every day i would ask them for the code and they will tell me oh you’ll have it tomorrow you’ll have tomorrow. I heard this for a week straight and nothing then they started to read my messages and not respond. Never been treated like this by any company out there horrible customer service. It went to the point where I didn’t really care about the code but I was frustrated how a bunch of people sit behind a computer and play you and laugh at you after they screw up your order and wasted your money on shipping. I have all the screenshots of they lies everyday and it would blow your mind how a company runs business like this. I hope someone reads this and takes care and fix all this bs and treat customer right because we are spending money it’s not for free.

I purchased two items which did not come. I've been trying to get a refund for over 3 weeks now as I have not received the goods but I'm going round in circles with the customer service team. I would not recommend this company at all.

So i bought a dress size 18. My bust is back 40 (which u suggest to people is a 14 HILARIOUS) My size 18 dress fitted my mum who is a 12-14 and 34C 😂 ridiculous man

First Time to buy clothes from this site and I'm very disappointed for a dress that cost me $50 for a poor quality of material. I purchased my dress from pretttlittlething Australia and im very dissapointed , here I am thinking if they have Ashey Graham than their plus size are legit unfortunately what a waste . No site like Boohoo.com cheap and material is good. This doesnt deserve a 1 star it deserve -0 star!!

literally the worst service EVER! My order took just never came and I paid for 3-5 business days delivery! It has now been 11 days Nobody on their side contacted me to say there was a problem and I never got any emails from them about shipping or tracking! Now I have been informed they aren’t going to help me with my problem but I have to contact the courier and see what’s going on! Terrible! I should have learned my lesson from previous orders, every time I order from pretty little thing there is a problem! It will probably be dirty or broken when it gets here anyway!

I wish I could have gave them a .000000 I've been asking for help on a return for item's that was way to big. This portal thing isn't working sent about 4 emails I've had 1 response that sent me the link which I clearly stated wasn't working I just needed an address. This has to be the worst company like its top secret or something. I don't know if I can call the bbb on them but they are a lot of cuss words right now. Dude told me in my email I had 28 days to return well I think they are doing it on purpose so they don't have to give us our money back. And I was not even going to return the entire order now I am and I'm going to drag them.... TERRIBLE A**COMPANY

PLT clothing is not well made, and the shoes are very uncomfortable. I bought some snakeskin boots and my feet have never been in so much pain. I also bought the "EMERALD GREEN BANDEAU FOLDED DETAIL EXTREME SPLIT MAXI DRESS" and while the style is cute, it is very thin, stretchy, non-formal fabric. It is not lined, and it is much darker than the photo showed. Will not probably shop here again. Hopefully my experience is not the norm.

Delivery times are very poor so if you require reliable delivery look elsewhere. If your item gets lost they claim they arent liable either so hope you have back-up money to reorder if it goes MIA. Dont expect the correct order as I have received the wrong item 5 times. They often take payment for stock they dont actually have so be prepared to wait weeks for tyem to credit you for their error. Customer service is poor. Very dry and short and unhelpful. Esp when something is their mistake tyey will make you feel you are judt a disposable customer. Clothes are good, but worst shopping experience ever. Hope another company buys tyem out, tyen i will use them again. Staff needs sensibility trsining.

So I ordered from them back in March ( I ordered the wrong size because I did not know that in the us on the mobile app the sizes are already us sizes ) so I sent them a message asking if I could get an exchange on the new size. They responded stating that since it was my fault they could not exchange or refund my shipping cost and I would have to rebuy the shoes again in my correct size. Get this , my correct size magically happened to be sold out so I reordered the boots a size up in a 9 , I paid to ship the return ones back and reordered the 9 well I get the 9 and it’s a completely different shoe , so I go back on the site and look at the shoes I know I reordered and guess what ( the size 8 is in stock again) so I write them again and ask them what is the deal and do they actually have an 8 in stock because clearly I got sent the wrong shoe . They responded with yes the uk 6 is a us 8 and you would have to reorder them in an 8 . Funny thing is I went back on the site cause I was actually gonna shop with them again for the THIRD TIME !!! but again the 8 was sold out again just like that . Leaving me to feel like had I not said anything to them the sizes would’ve been available but whenever I tried to get a resolution my size would disappear after I’ve sent a concern email At this point I’m livid because not only did I spend 100+ $ with them I also had to pay for my own shipping was never refunded my shipping since I’m in the US and on top of that you can never communicate with the same person in customer service it’s always some one different with a sorry response leaving you as the customer more livid and stupid for even trusting this site. You can’t even request a manager because there is no actual phone number to get anyone on the phone. Because they don’t care about your concerns and they never resolve anything for you other then we’re sorry but we don’t do full refunds or exchanges so you need to spend more money with us. I have yet to get any acknowledgement on their behalf about my issue . Needless to say I will never shop with them again. Idk why even sell in the US when you can’t resplve anything for ppl in the US. I used to work in customer service and pretty little thing provides everything BUT actual customer service. I will attach photos below . The first pair are the size 4 and the second pair are the shoes they sent to me after instructing that I reorder them in the first place Does anybody know if the business bureau ppl can handle isssues from overseas ?

Have ordered three times from pretty little thing, all orders were of different things and I spent a decent amount on each purchase. The dresses I purchased were Ill fitting and cheap looking, they looked more like lingerie. I ordered 3 different body suits, all were almost see through, Ill fitting and poorly made. The track pants I ordered are see through and do not match the picture on the website. I am very disappointed and will never shop here again after giving them a chance three times already, I have purchased better quality clothes off the wish app!

Haven't received my refund YET in my account but they had the return item since March 7 2019....pLT sent email confirming they've received the item and I would get refund April 2....as of now have not received my money.....I want my money or I'm going to sue this company!!!! I'm tired talking to query.....is their an actual person you can talk to....like a human being.....I'm getn the run around...dont return anything to this company.....you better off selling the item on Marketplace or Lettgo
