the chains literally 5 feet long and the ring thingy doesn’t even sit nicely it flips to the other side and turns upside

My daughter won a £5 voucher from McDonald’s monopoly to spend on prezzybox. She was extremely excited and picked something right away. Several days after the order was placed, paid and accepted, I received an email saying it was cancelled as they could not post to Northern Ireland. Firstly, Northern Ireland is still very much part of the UK. On a good day I can see Scotland. I could get on a boat as a foot passenger for £10 and be in Scotland in 2 hours. Without so much as showing any identification. Whilst Brexit may be quoted as “the issue”, it feels more like an excuse. Secondly. Brexit is not new. Therefore if there is some major reason why a £13 alarm clock can’t be posted WITHIN the UK. Would it not be prudent to tell me before taking my money? Thirdly. Whilst your customer care, kindly told me I am getting a refund. And even provided me with a £7.50 off my next order. I am baffled as to how that works, considering that even though I am very much a UK citizen, my postcode seems to discriminate against me using my compensation. Sadly, so as not to disappoint my daughter, I found the same item, cheaper on Amazon, and had it delivered within a day. p.s. I love how you advertise “now shipping worldwide”. I’m certain though that the 1 million UK citizens in Northern Ireland would rather you could post us something here, rather than demonstrate your ability to ship to the United Arab Emirates.

I got mine via Vodafone veryme offer for £3.99 (usually cost £13.99 full price including delivery) I'll never do it again Get same stuff at poundland. full of cheap sweets a child could make them look better £3.99 wasted

The gift was free through Vodafone Friday deals but valued at £9.99, however the contents could be bought for less than £2 at any sweetshop. I had to pay P&P which cost me £3.99. It didn’t weigh enough to warrant that price for postage.

For the price of the item I purchased, I’m afraid it wasn’t worth the £3.99 postage let alone the £9.99 it cost!!! Very disappointed

Poor, cheap, over priced, ripping customers off it was all of 10 sweets in a clear bag and some cheap ribbon round the top, it would of been cheaper to buy a tub of sweets and make them yourself, ive seen better for half the p&p price, its shocking if these are being sold at full price

Even though this was free through Vodafone rewards I was still disappointed to be charged £4 postage for something that you can buy in a shop for £2 and for it to be listed as £8.99 on the website is totally shocking and quite disgusting !

I ordered a couple of items a few days ago and paid for extra delivery service, so that my parcel would be delivered on Tuesday 5th October. I haven't had no emails from Hermes to let me know when my item would arrive. The service is absolutely shocking. I called the company to ask where my delivery was. And the response was it was out of their hands, and sometimes hermes don't scan their items. All I can say is that I will never purchase anything from here again. The service is absolutely shocking!

Sorry for the score but very disappointed that the product I ordered was cancelled and refunded as you do not ship to Northern Ireland.. However if I ordered personalised items you would... very strange
