The service was fast and efficient. But I was disappointed that you were not able to inform the recipient of who sent the gift and you do not offer a wrapping service. With the name of yourcompany being Prezzybox I think this is misleading.

I paid extra to have my items delivered on the Saturday before Christmas sp i wouldnt have to go shopping again. The box arrived with an item missing. I was refunded the price of the item but not the delivery cost. Barely an apology just , "Ok we will refund the item." Won't use again.

paid for next day delivery, none of the items where delivered the next day and I am still waiting on towels that where due before Christmas.

It stated on the website before Christmas that the delivery was guaranteed before Christmas Day, which is why I placed the order, and upon paying for next working day delivery it didn’t arrive before Christmas. Very disappointing, and false advertisement.

"Placed order 21st December. Stated " Guaranteed delivery before Christmas. " Paid at checkout, only then did it state " Estimated delivery between 27th - 29th December which was not acceptable. Spoke to a very nice lady at Customer Service who was very, very helpful and most apologetic and I was offered a full refund which I accepted. Could have saved a lot of time on both sides if the web page had been updated more frequently!!

Wasn't a great experience. Got an email to say one item had got "lost in the system" and would be sent straight away on 24 hour tracked delivery to make sure it arrived for Xmas. Rang and queried as it had not arrived on the 22nd to be told the hold up had been due to high demand which wasn't what the email said. It did finally arrive on Xmas eve but was 48 hour delivery not what had been promised on the original email.

Can't write a review of the products as I've yet to receive them and now won't get them until after Christmas. Please stop using Yodel as your delivery service. Even if it means paying a couple of pounds more, I'm sure your customers would prefer this if it means receiving Christmas presents before Christmas...

The delivery came quickly as promised which I was more than happy with, however, the box was crushed and inside the present was broken, I had to thread it back together and fix it myself, not overly impressed.

Placed my order in time for xmas delivery, a few items were refunded as they were no longer in stock which was not an issue but this was 2 days after ordering. 2 days after i contacted them by phone and they told me none of the order had been shipped due to a warehouse issue. Now will not recieve before xmas. Not happy, first time i have used and they seem very Amateurish.

Your website and products are good, however I placed an order on Tuesday, I rand up to cancel it within literally 5 minutes due to discovering my sister already had the item, the lady said it would be done within an hour, then to discover you had already taken my money and I'm STILL waiting for it to go back in. The lady that cancelled the order said that it would be refunded quickly as I needed to use that money to reorder something different from the website which I obviously now can't do(no money and too late). Please don't take peoples money until the order is confirmed, and if you do, then be prepared to refund it instantly if you can take it instantly!!

when the parcels arrived at the delivery address, the boxes were broken and torn. Luckily, the contents were OK, but probably more by luck, I will not be purchasing from your site again

Camper van chocolate was broken when I undid the box it came in for delivery will have to say sorry to my daughter when she opens it for Christmas morning 😒
