i ordered a dog money bank , it arrived broken in many pieces , poorly packaged , very disapointed as it was a xmas present

Item was not delivered on time, courier notes claim unsuccessful, delivery address is an office block in the middle of a town center, manned from 08:00 - 18:00. When placing the order delivery stated Tuesday. Delivery did not arrive until Friday afternoon.

The delivery was very disappointing. When you have to pay you would expect the product to be taken care of. The package was sprawling and covered in mud on one corner. As the package has been handled poorly the chocolate bar purchased for Christmas had broken. Overall the service was very poor.

I bought personalised trowel & fork as a Christmas present for my wife. The quality falls far short of expectations and even with personalisation doesn't justify the price of £19.95. + £3.95 P&P for what I would describe as cheap and nasty. Would certainly have second thoughts before buying from, or recommending Prezzybox again.

One of two parcels with the same delivery address has not materialised and since confirming the address with Prezzybox I have head zilch, nada, mafish, nothing.

Was given date for delivery, planed around it didn't arrive,I emailed was emailed back telling me to get in touch with Royal Mail.I said no you then emailed me to say someone would be in touch that didn't happen so I phoned,I spoke to a very nice man who then took the time to find my percale and gave me a date in which it came having saying that it was 1 week late witch was unexpected.

I'm pretty sure I entered the correct address but the delivery note had the wrong house number, and he package went to an address where the occupants are rarely at home. Luckily I managed to speak with them and got it sorted.

Within my order , 3 items,one of which was a special xmas present for my mother,was out of stock.This was not made apparent to myself until some time after the order had gone through and the amount had been taken from my account.Although the money was recredited to my account, if I had been notified immediately it would have allowed me more time to organise an alernative present .Very disappointed !!

First of all, my order was lost. I received no confirmation of order email so, after a few days, I enquired what was happening. Told that the money had been taken but the order had gone astray but would be done right away. Another few days passed, no order, another email sent to you. Received a reply saying that unfortunately one of my items was now "out of stock". Yet another email sent to you saying that it would have been helpful if you had told me exactly which item was OOS so that a replacement might be sourced. Received a reply with this information and duly found another site to buy from. As yet, order still not received.

The order I placed was incorrect which transpires to be an error on my part. However, it was an obvious error (text on a personalised mug) which I would have thought would be picked up by quality control and an email issued to verify the text. However, I was simply advised to re-order at additional cost. I appreciate that the error was mine, but believe a check via email would have been appropriate to deal with the matter; and evidencing good customer care. The product by the way was if very good quality. Regards J Mullen

3 days late on delivery and when called to ask where my parcel was the woman was helpful, I asked for a follow up email about how long my delivery would be and never received one. I had to chase the delivery provider myself.

Whilst I realise that this is your busiest time of year, and I'm guessing you don't have control over your couriers. I must express my disappointment at not receiving the gift I ordered. I ordered the item on the 6th December, and it is now the 16th and I've still not received it, with no word whether it will be shipped to me by Christmas, particularly as the delivery time stated that it would be with me within a few days. In tracking the order I saw that first it was sent to the wrong depot and now the courier says that they have address access issues when there are none. A disappointing service, which I feel was overpriced, and I'm unlikely to use again
