I was expecting a great quality product and ended up with something that looks like I printed it myself at home.

Delivery took too long & I'm still waiting for a card to go with 1 of the gifts, I usually use another company for personalised gifts/cards & always receive them either next day or within 2 days max. I will now have to give the gift minus the card which is kind of pointless!

The wording on the card was wrong. Whilst all the words were spelt correctly the wording and grammar were incorrect.

The food mat for the dog was rather expensive very small a lot of money to have the name printed. Have now ordered a better one more selection from U.S.A.

Item not received although paid extra for swift delivery. Item purchased for someone very ill in hospital so disappointed not to be able to take when had promised to do so. E mails over weekend failed delivery so had to wait to telephone to question why item not received. Staff very pleasant and helpful however and item received this afternoon. Promise of refund of extra I had paid. Unsure if this has occurred at this moment in time.

I ordered an e-voucher that stated on the website it would be delivered on the Friday, brilliant as I wanted o use it on the Saturday. I had a confirmation on Friday afternoon that it was "dispatched", great its an e-voucher so it will arrive in a few minutes/hours...definitely Friday so I could use it the next day. It did not arrive on Friday. I sent two emails, one on Saturday and one on Monday when it still hadn't arrived, I also left a voicemail on Saturday. The voucher eventually turned up on Tuesday, 4 days after the website stated it would arrive, I did not even get as much as an apology or explanation for the delay. I expect better service and honestly its not good enough.

Did not have the item I ordered but still confirmed my order then sent an email saying they would send an alternative and to reply by email if I didn't want it which I did straight away but still took my money I refused the item and sent it back when it was delivered and I am still waiting for my refund !!!!

Ordered products (in stock) paid next day delivery. On the day they should arrive I got an email to say they were out of stock. They offered me an alternative which I said yes too. Asked for refund of delivery charge as it was now 2 days later. I received what was supposed to be the alternative 3 days after ordering to find the product was actually the original one I had ordered. So why 3 days late and emails to say they were out of stock is a mystery!

I ordered the "Personalised No1 Dad Keyring" (http://www.prezzybox.com/personalised-no1-dad-keyring.aspx?glcountry=GB&source=ppc&gclid=EAIaIQobChMInviWl7nR1AIVzkMYCh0hJQF2EAQYASABEgJdKvD_BwE) for my partner's first father's day. Unfortunately the pictures of the item were misleading as all of them except one made it look like the background was black (therefore I assumed that the only one that was not black was the back of the keyring). In the end the background was metallic and therefore you do not see the engraving as well as it showed on the picture. I was disappointed when I received the item but it was too late to find something else.
