Purchase process ok but paid extra for a Saturday delivery which didn't come until Monday and we missed passing on the gift before our granddaughter left for travels. Will now have to wait a month. Only just within the 5 days.

Very disappointed, I ordered a cushion cover with next day delivery. I had to ring the day after it should of been delivered, to be told the item is not next day delivery. I was refunded the £5.99 I paid for next day delivery, but still very disappointed as I needed the item for a special day.

Really happy with the service and the cup, however was not happy with the state in which the cup lip arrived in. It doesnt look new, its got marks on it and i don't think its nice to gift it to someone. I would appreciate if a new lid can be sent to me ASAP.

I love Prezzybox and the products it offers. However this time I never received my order. When tracking my parcel, MyHermes apparently tried to deliver it on Thursday, 3 days ago, but no card was left telling me this. They have not tried to deliver it since.

The size of the gift was very small. Felt rather embarrassed giving as a present so had to spend more money on another gift.

Parcel delivered a day late with no communication. Emailed for status update on delivery and surprise surprise a week has passed and still no communication into any offer of delivery charge refund

I purchased a 2 nights for the price of one for my elderly parents aged 80 and 92 respectively. This gift was completed by buy a gift. My parents received the present in the post. I believed that this voucher would be a hard copy and would be accompanied by a list of the hotels available. They have never used a computer, have no access to a computer so this present is useless. Buy a gift says to pay more for a hard copy version or swap. I feel this needs to be outlined in the ad. I have previously bought experiences like high tea with out issues and a hard copy version with phone contacts for booking

Items did not arrive within stated time. Very disappointing as one was a jokey leaving gift and my colleague has now already left! returns policy is too time-consuming - have to email to get a returns form - no free return either. Some great gift ideas but have been very put off given the unreliability of delivery....

The tracking of order facility on this website is inaccurate. It never showed that the part of the order was delivered and the other was not delivered on the date it was promised. Rather sad as it was a birthday present.

Order was not delivered in estimated delivery timeframe. Although the website/confirmation emails etc state you can track deliveries, this was not the case so I was not able to track the progress of my delivery. Contacted customer services on the final day of the estimated delivery to be told to give another 4 days and then to make contact if the product had still not arrived. I had ordered a gift for someone and was disappointed with the entire process and will not be using prezzybox again. Prezzybox should be clear that the timeframes given are unlikely to be kept to (my order was dispatched the same day as ordering according to my confirmation email) so 4 days to deliver seems excessive. The tracking service should also extend to all couriers used by prezzybox.

My personalisation was changed from maths’ to maths’s. I can understand that someone thought it must’ve been the correct way of writing, but for me the correct way was maths’. So I was quite disappointed by this.
