I find it difficult to review a product which hasn't been dispatched or delivered yet. Your confirmation email states I will receive details to track my order which was placed 4 days ago. I am still yet to receive details to track my product.

I find it very strange that you cannot put a message in to go with your gift .... bizzare. I have found your website somewhat clunky particularly on mobile.

Disappointed with the size of the heart. But the engraving was nice. Quite expensive for what it was.

Product is much much smaller than expected. This should be clearly advertised, as most people will assume a wine decanter and aerator would hold a whole bottle. It's the size of a glass!

I mistakenly ordered 2 of the same item amd contacted you straightaway online to ask for one of them to be cancelled. I was informed that it had already been sent but have not received it yet so I don’t believe it couldn’t have been cancelled. Not impressed as mistakes do happen!

When the parcel was delivered it was not sealed and you could see right into the box. The box was bartered as well

My recent experience wasn't great. When I was ordering, I got only one shipping option which was to have my gift delivered between 3-5 days, but it was showing the dates that didn't make any sense. I was making the order on the night of a Thursday and it said it will be delivered between coming Thursday and the Tuesday after that. How exactly is it 3-5 days? Although I needed it for Wednesday, having no option of urgent shipping, I ended up ordering it anyway and requested the customer service if they could try and get it delivered by Wednesday (for which I offered to pay extra for urgent delivery), to which they kindly replied saying: "We have spoken to our supplier to see if they can get your order to you by Wednesday. We are waiting on their response and as soon as they get back to us we will let you know." Never heard back from them, which was disappointing. Also, the order confirmation email said: "Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email to let you know how to track it." Never got that email either. So I was left hanging not knowing what was happening and when will it get delivered, so that I could make sure someone was available to receive it. It ended up arriving on Thursday. I was supposed to be somewhere else that morning but thanks to the last minute change of plan, I ended up being home at that time and manage to receive it without a problem. To make things worse, my address was also printed wrongly. I'd submitted '1/1, [Street name]', which showed correctly in the confirmation email too. But on the parcel, it was printed '01-Jan, [Street name]' (software autocorrect? but staff had clearly been careless not spotting such an obvious mistake). Thankfully postman realised the mistake and decided to check if it was for me. Otherwise, it could have been returned back to the supplier and taken ages to get back to me, if at all, while me waiting to hear anything from prezzybox - Great collection of gifts, but not as great service, unfortunately.

The 3-5 working day estimate we provide is how long the item takes in production before dispatch. This estimate does not include the delivery time until it's added to your basket, where the arrival estimates are then broken down. We're very sorry to hear that nobody got back to you regarding your request for a quicker delivery of this item. We can see that we did inform our suppliers that you needed this for a specific date, so we're sorry you weren't updated. With some of our personalised items, including the item you've purchased, it's not possible for the production time to be sped up due to the nature of the product, but it's always worth us asking our partners! We're also sorry that your delivery address was printed incorrectly on your label, we can see that this is correct on our system, so it sounds as though there was a label mis-print with our external partners, which we've asked them to look into. We're pleased to hear your gift arrived for you and you're happy with it but again, we do apologise for the issues surrounding the delivery date and mis-print of your address. "Next working day delivery was in fact at best two days and to be honest ,5 days. I would never buy of this site again.

I made a mistake when ordering on the website as it was a bit confusing. I immediately realised & engaged with a live chat to amend delivery address. She assured me that it was taken care of, I have the transcript. Gift was still delivered to wrong address! I have no idea if it’s been fixed & had no contact from anyone since Friday.

I ordered two items as a gift sent to one recepient. Of Course I expected These to be delivered together. At the check-out I was asked if I wanted to add a Card and yes of Course I wanted to have a message on a Card added. To my big surprise, after placing the order and paying for it, I get a message about my order with three different estimated delivery Dates. What???? Well low and behold my Gifts were deilvered in three different deliveries with the gift Card being delivered last, so the recepient wasn´t aware of why and from whom he got stuff delivered. This is not a good Service!!! Don´t ask for a Card delivered WITH the gift if it´s sent seperately!!! Only reason I didn´t rate Very Poor is because I can´t rate the product itself, as it was a gift. The Service however was unacceptable poor. Sorry, but won´t use Prezzybox again and will warn People to use them.

Paid extra for delivery on Tuesday- it came on Wednesday. Box was practically open and damaged when arrived- luckily not the items inside.

Despite undertaking "As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll let you know" the order arrived unannounced when we were out. The order was also incorrect. We asked for one box in charcoal and one in red. Both arrived in red. We will accept the order in the wrong colour but will not order again as there is little attention to detail.
