“Supplied a vector file (PDF) and they managed to print it in reverse then when questions - kept quoting terms and conditions (that do not exist) and could not see on any images I supplied (no matter how close up) that their print work was reading the word incorrect and they were adamant NOTHING was wrong.
STEER clear of this scam company, get you bank to charge back and quiet UK consumer Law to them all else fails small claims court I have registered a complaint with trading standards today on them”

“I recently ordered a roller banner from Printed Today and it arrived with a small tear with large creases in it making it look less than professional. When I contacted the company to inform them of the damage, they were very rude to me. They said it was acceptable damage and refused any replacement, discount or refund. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund but I would only get that through the expense of me paying for postage which would leave me out of pocket.
I would recommend staying clear if this company, their quality of product and service is appalling.”
“The roller banner I ordered turned up damaged. It has a deep scratch in the banner and the was a big area that was creased. After reporting the damage to the company, their really was rude and no compensation was offered. Shocked by the poor service! I do not recommend this company at all. “I am complaining about the awful service your company has given over the last two times I have used you.
I have used you 4 times and the first 2 times were amazing but the last 2 have been awful shocking customer service.
Have you changed management or team recently as I have never experienced anything like it?
I made an order on the 30th of April paid and supplied my artwork to Info@ Email address, FAO Danny, as he is the one I was talking to on the website chat and he asked for me to address the email to him. I then got an email from Vince asking for the artwork I told him I sent it to Danny already he said he had not got it so I forwarded the email to Vince showing I had sent it.
I then sent it to Vince also to his email.
I did not receive my demo / mock of my banner so I messaged today and I was told they did not have it. And that I would have to pay extra to have it delivered for Friday even though I supplied the artwork on the 30th of April and was promised delivery for this Friday.
I told Vince I would like a refund and I would not be paying any extra and told him I already sent him the artwork previously.
I then got an email from Vince with the mock but it wasn’t actually attached.
Being told I have to pay extra to have it delivered on the agreed time due to it having to have express service and I only paid for standard. This is fine but it was well within its time frame when I ordered it to be delivered on Friday.
The other issue I had was the last banner was meant to be made for a Friday and I went to collect I was told to come for 10 am I came and it was not ready and I was told I had to wait an hour for it I came back an hour and a half later and it was still not ready, wasting my time traveling to collect it and then having to wait for it to be made.
Shocking service.”
“All signs broke within minutes of putting them up, I had ordered from them before and the quality was good a couple of years ago. I emailed explaining the what had happened and Thomas suggested vandalism, even though it happened in front of my eyes, the quality is definitely poorer than last time. I have since been ignored.”
“Terrible product, company & service
I ordered a backdrop from this company and when delivered the print was very poor quality. The black used in the print reminded me of a printer that is running out of ink...it was more of a dark purple rather than black. My banner was only two colours, gold and black. The gold was yellow and the tones were very dull. It could have worked better with simple colours but again, I was not told before printing and expected the drop to look like the final draft which it didn’t. This company will only be responsive when it comes to sales. If you have an issue with the product, they will most likely not reply. They will simply waste your time for as long as they can.
Not only was the print distorted, the internal banner was marked badly where the banner was folded to fit into the box. They claimed in their advert that there are ‘no extra fees’ however, they asked me to pay £20 extra for the product to come rolled but did not explain why. When it arrived and I saw the marks, all became clear. In my opinion, it’s like delivering a glass in a plastic bag and hoping it doesn’t break. If you are selling a product and know the outcome of it arriving damaged, why would you put your business and reputation at risk.
Their terms and conditions are very confusing and I feel like within that section, they are trying to dodge some consumer rights laws. When attempting to receive a refund for a low quality of print and damage to the backdrop, they refused and claimed it was within their guidelines. In their guidelines it supports returns for low quality prints.
Thankfully, my bank agreed that their terms and conditions were unreasonable and refunded me the money back.
It seems as though many people have gone through the same issues and experiences with this company, definitely avoid!”

I bought 6 banners and paid extra for the 24 hours service as I needed the banners for an event 2 days later. Spoke to them and they guaranteed I would get by the next day afternoon if confirmed in time. I did so. The items actually arrived 4 days later. So having paid extra and also losing out from the 3 for price of 2 offer (only available on standard delivery) so paid for 6 rather than the 4 I would have, I still got a standard delivery. This company refuse to atleast refund me back for the extra I paid and charge me for what I would have paid on the standard service for how I received the items. Considering these banners are a waste for me since it’s missed the date I needed it for which I made l clear before ordering and only ordered cause they assured me I would get in time, you would think they would accept?. No, they don’t care, they promise and then tell you tough when you have issues. Really bad company ethics, they don’t deserve our service and money. I won’t use them again, and would warn others to avoid too. I gave them a chance to do the right thing which they ignored.”

Ordered banner from them bad quality and with mistake on my email address which they were blaming me for. It took almost 10 days to arrive but was told 2 to 3 days on placing my order. I called so many times and being put through many people who were so ignorant and my calls were not returned so had to keep chasing them. I managed to convince them as could not get a refund to send me a sticker to amend mistake. They wanted me to pay £5.99 for a mistake they made which I refused.
3 weeks after order placed, still have not managed to solve the problem and being told lies after lies. The last time I asked where is my sticker as not being delivered yet after a week of waiting and was told printing machine went down which I do not believe.
My last emails being ignored and no chance of solving the problem so just wasted £56 on a useless banner. I needed the banner 2 weeks ago so pretty useless to me now. Avoid this company at all cost, they are a bunch of crooks just taking money and not delivering as advertised. Shame I did not check their reviews before using them. They came up first on google search so I just assumed they were a serious company, my bad for not checking but wanted to warn others not to make the same mistake.”
