I called and spoke to an Indian woman with a dog barking in the background. She said I ordered the same mugs. Not true as I place two different designed mugs in the cart. She said she could give me the other mug free but I had to pay $8.99 shipping. That is ridiculous because I paid for two different mugs but I went along with it because this was a gift. Well...I never got the credit for the mug or a callback, so I sent an email and got an auto response with a ticket #. I sent numerous more emails and no one ever replies. These people are scammers and don't do right by their customers and I have placed many orders with them. There are plenty of US companies that make these mugs and satisfy their customers so that's where I am taking my business!”

“Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered pictures over 2 weeks ago and have not heard a thing other than my order was complete and the money was taken out of my bank account. “I originally gave Printerpix a very favorable review because the quality of the books was great. 2 of the books had scratches so they said they would replace them in 10-15 days. It has now been 2 1/2 months and I can't get anyone to communicate with me. I have sent several emails and conveniently got disconnected twice each when I tried phoning and live chats after waiting an hours each time. I just want my replacement books.”

Do not go anywhere near this company!!! It is shocking service and poor quality!! I have been weeks now trying to sort my complaint of missed photographs aswel as postage costing more than the voucher itself, account being deleted after order so no way of tracking! Email after email, phone call after phone call!! To find that the calls have resulted in a £25 phone charge!!! This just adds insult to injury!!! I will make sure no one uses this company and inform wowcher of advertising such a shocking "voucher" which has ended up costing me so more!!! DO NOT USE PRINTERPIX”

Then i had 2 replys to say delivery was slow a month later I ring you and a lady tells me that its been sent back to you as no house number i ask her to re dispatch and she tells me to ring back but its already coast me 10 pound just to ring and be in a queue so I go on you live chat to wait over 2 hours then a Robert comes on asks me details says be back in few minutes then half hour he still not got back to me and the chat is ended this is out of order i would like to no were my pitchers of my son are that I have paid for and when will I receive them”
