“I ordered two metal prints, hanging kits, and paid extra for photo enhancement. I got two flimsy pieces of metal. The colors looked worse than the original photo, so I’m not sure what “enhancements” could’ve been made. I also did not receive the hanging kits. None of this would have been a big deal to me, though, if it weren’t for their terrible customer service. I contacted them in June 2024 right after my package arrived. Now it is November, and I still never got the hanging kits. All I want is to get what I paid for. I’ve gone back and forth in email with them. Usually they respond two times. First, they tell me to send photos, which I do (even though it is hard to show proof of items I never received!). Then, they say they’re looking into it. Finally, I never hear back or get my items. This has happened four times now over the past six months.
So disappointing.”

“I have ordered 2 photo books, that should arrive on the 6th of November. I have contacted with the customer service and I was told of course standard text "apologise..and so one". I paid for the rush delivery as I needed them for Thursday. My order still haven't arrived, and now I don't need it! Even still I don't know when my parcel will be delivered. I'm very disappointed and never again order from them. Of course I was informed that I can only have a part of refund for a delivery cost! Ridiculous! Now I'm expecting that parcel to put it straight away to bin. Wasted money, time and a lot of stress. I don't recommend it.”
“If I could give this company a 0 star, I would. I received a photo book for my wedding. I included the professional engagement pictures we had done. The preview looked great! However, when the book finally got here, every picture inside the book was blurry. I reached out to their help desk, no response. I tried emailing another address I found on the site, got ghosted. I tried calling their numbers and they are telling me I have to pay to ship it back in order to get a refund or deal with it because the preview was fine. I asked to speak to someone higher up and got hung up on. I have been attempting to get help with this for 5 months now. The worst company I have ever worked with. I hope their products dont ruin anyone else's big moments like they did mine.”

I ORDERED 175 HOLIDAY CARD WHEN PAID FOR, I ONLY RECEIVED A SINGLE HOLIDAY CARD . WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS TOLD THAT IN THE CHECK OUT I NEED TO INDICATE IN THE QUANTITY 175 CARD, EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED AND PAID FOR THAT 175 QUANTITY. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THAT I WOULD NEED TO PAY A SECOND SHIPPING CHARGE OF ABOUT $35, WHICH I HAD NO CHOICE TO DO.
WHEN THE REMAINING 174 CARDS ARRIVED THEY WERE PRINTED IN THE WRONG ORIENTATION WITH THE PHOTO BARELY VIEWABLE AND HUGE AMOUNT OF WHITE CARD STOCK AROUND THIS SMALL PHOTO.. PRINTERPIX IS A HORRID COMPANY WITH WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS THEY SAID NOTHING COULD BE DONE TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION. WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN AFFORDABLE HOLIDAY CARD IS NOW A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY TO BE THROWN OUT. PRINTERPIX IS NOT A COMPANY TO EVER USE !!”

I did get a refund for the over charge but I had to call a number of times as emails completely ignored. The item I received which was over £80 is of such low quality I am thoroughly embarrassed to give as a gift. It's shocking in this day and age how cowboys like this are allowed to operate basically conning hard working people out of money. They have no care that the product they have sent me is so poor, just sent me my invoice!!
The paper they use to print on is substandard. Please find a more reputation company with actual customer service and don't be robbed like I have been.”

“I ordered prints on metal of my dog Zeppelin who passed away a few years ago and had nothing but issues trying to find out if they were coming, but ultimately never received them. When I tried to work with the company to check on status they answered my call once, said they were delivered, and when I got home to check nothing had arrived. When I called back to find out what was going on I waited on hold for two hours w/no response, so I hung up. I had to dispute the charges as a result. I’ll be ordering elsewhere that’s more reliable and telling all I can how crappy printerpix.com is. Scammers!”
“I placed an order for a photo book for a retirement party ( order number 64454876). My account was charged right away (and it was not cheap), the book never came and there’s no one to talk to in customer service. I selected this company over its competitors because the delivery date met my needs. The book was scheduled to be delivered 8/15/24. It is now 09/03/24 and the book is still not delivered. I have sent several emails and this is all I get from someone identified as Peter James:

“Do not use this company!!!!! They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life!! I purchased a photo canvas from them. When I received it, it looked like the picture was zoomed in as the head of one of the people in the photo was nearly touching the top of the canvas. This company has an alleged free returns or exchange policy on their website so I reached out to them. I sent them pictures of my canvas versus why I had ordered showing the difference. By their own admission, they had to zoom the picture to make the canvas. I told them I was not satisfied with the picture and asked them to please exchange it for another canvas with the correct layout even if modifications were needed to make it work. After giving me the runaround for days, they told me that they would not be exchanging my canvas. The language on their website states to contact them if you’re not 100% happy with your product and they’ll make it right. What a joke!!! This is how they scam people into purchasing from them. They will leave you hanging if there is a problem. I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card. Buyer beware!!!!”

“I have placed orders from there numerous times. The 3 times I did, they were great. However, on the 4th time, with all the upgrades I.e thicker lustre paper, HD quality etc the album was a disaster for the total price I paid. The same upgrades were used on the 3 previous albums.
The 4th album received was flimsy. The paper was so thin it could tear and leave bend marks on turning the page. When you did turn the page, other pages would stick to it so you may be missing pages. The quality of the paper was not sharp for HD and the paper was not thick as the other albums previously ordered. The images on the album were blurry.
It is only upon raising a complaint via email about this, that I am told, they have a new production company and the quality is now standard as such for all albums. I asked to have this rectified and the quality of the paper reprinted on to hard paper as surely a printing company can accommodate these changes.
Printerpix advised they could not issue the cha he and to return the printed album for a refund. I made this album as a Father's day gift and to return a gift and to leave the recipient with nothing is out of question. I wad so upset and stressed about this.
Printerpix advised that the new standard quality is a such. When I raised that I paid for the upgrades on the quality, therefore the quality should be different and reflect what I paid for, they said this would be the same quality and the standard quality. So my question is, why should I even had paid for the upgrades in the first place if I wanted plain and ordinary paper? Moreover, why would you leave those upgrade options available on the website to pay and charge customers. Printerpix are charging you for a poor quality album and have not even mentioned their production company has changed anywhere whereby quality has changed significantly in the last few months
I was not even offered a refund for the upgrade charges I paid for nor to have this rectified to the quality they used to provide a few months ago. This is a bad company and they are misrepresenting their previous standard quality to you as their current quality on top of additional charges.
Printerpix did not even offer to rectify this and offer to reprint the album with the thicker pages and HD quality images despite sending them the photos of previous albums made from them with the same upgrades added on to the order this time.
I would never ever order from there again. Please don't as they are scammers and you will not get value for money for what you wish to pay for.”

“If I could leave 0 stars I would. I did a large order of prints for mother's day, father's day, and a birthday. I paid extra for the add ons of HD print and logo removal and when I received the order the pictures were incredibly grainy. I have reached out to customer service several times about getting a reprint and even reuploading the photos if needed and each time I have sent them an email I get one response and then they never respond to my follow up. I'm not kidding every single time. At this point I don't even want a reprint I just want a refund but again they don't reply to my follow ups. Very disappoiunted will not be using them again and I DO NOT recommend.”
