I have never had an issue with them and if i have had to move or cancel my appointment they have been more than helpful and understanding.
I have laser hair removal on my bikini which i thought was going to be a terrifying experience but it turned out to be quick, not as painful as expected and overall quite pleasant! The laser doesn't hurt as much as you would think and it also blows cold air on the targeted areas so you're not left really red and sore.
the lady who does my treatment is friendly, polite and chatty so i always feel completely at ease.

I have experienced high staff turnover & with the recent price increase on treatments (may 2016) I feel that they have priced themselves out of the market given that there are other very reputable & highly professional clinics that offer a much more professional service now at lower prices! There advertising is to provide advanced treatments at affordable prices however this is no longer the case!!!!! Customer service is poor, call centre rarely answer. “I have recently attended the clinic in Newcastle for laser tatoo removal. After spending so much money on Q-switch laser removal and seing very little results I decided to read a little more in to other solutions for tatoo removal.
Feeling a little aprehensive and not very optimistic I thought I would give proskin a try as I was determined to get rid of my tatoos.
Firstly I was greeted by Nicola, who has been absolutly brilliant. She was very honest from the start and told me, after the tester patch, that she wasn't sure that one of my tatoos (I am having 2 removed!) would go as it didn't seem to respond to the laser. We decided to carry on and see how it went and I am pleased to say I have seen a huge difference already! :) I am so excited for my return next week!”
