❌❌❌ AWFUL COMPANY!! DO NOT USE!! I insured all my family’s gadgets for years with protect your bubble. I’ve just put in a claim for some AirPod Pros that cost me £250 6 months ago from Apple and they will only pay me £125!! Because that’s what they said I can buy some for from EBay!!!! Or I could wait 3 months for a replacement!?!? Absolutely awful company.... I’ve cancelled all my insurance with them now and gone with Love it, Cover it which are supposed to be excellent. AND have English speaking customers service advisers which is great! Please do not get caught out with this company like I did! DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM PROTECT YOUR BUBBLE!! ❌❌❌”
“Awful! There say 3 working days to return your phone if it's faulty and you need to make a claim, but now that I've sent my phone they tell me it will take 9 days. Avoid!”

“I got hold of them due to an accident which led to a malfunctioning in my sons nintendo lite, baring in mind we got burgled a few months before hand and I bought him a brand new nintendo lie spoke to a lovely lady who told me she doesn't have no pet insurance nor any contents or car insurance, the attitude of her was so disrespectful it was unreal she had the come back of every question as a joke she told me her manager was unavailable as requested 20 plus times although she could easily access him 2 times in 20 mins prior for a dicision where she told him it was a nintendo switch and not a lite making 100% the difference for her to then tell me she did not want to continue the call for me to rule her out. It was like speaking with a child to finally get hold of the manager for him to say it was NOT specified it was a lite and not a switch which I told her multiple times and also pay for but she continued to tell her manager it was a switch. Iv never felt so wrong done and disregarded in my life”
“Awful, absolutely awful, wish I could give zero stars.
After paying into a policy for nearly 5 years, my laptop started to experience technical issues, ok I thought will send it to protect your bubble. They collected it held it 4 weeks and sent it back, wow new mouse pad, but wait it still has the same technical issues as before, ok back to P.Y.B, 5 weeks later email from customer support, can we please have your password!!!
So I email my password. 3 weeks later another email from customer support, your password is incorrect - what! Ok I phone in and state the password again, 3 weeks later another response from customer support your password is incorrect - NO its not !
I finally give up and ask for my laptop to be returned and when it arrives I manage to log in with no problems whatsoever.
This company is a joke, run by the most incompetent people in human civilisation, save your money and avoid these clowns. I don't often write reviews but was compelled to write this one, please do yourself a favour and avoid.”
“if I could give it no stars I would. I have been trying for months to get hold of someone to cancel my policy, as I no longer have the phone insured. I have emailed them, gone on live chat (which just says its busy) and tried to call to no avail.”
“Really quick and user-friendly service. Sent my phone off on Tuesday and received it back the following Wednesday (within their 9 working day time frame).
They provide a label for the courier and return it via DPD. Very happy customer :-)”
“I have been waiting for a repair to my desktop for 3 weeks. I paid £25 excess on 14 July and the desk top was picked up approx 10 days later as the wrong size box was sent out twice to pick it up by PYB - Doh! I rang Protect your Bubble after 2 weeks to see how the repair was going and was told they were still waiting for a spare part. I was also told I would have to wait a further 3 weeks till the end of August in the hope a spare part would be available. I told them that this was NOT acceptabable as I have been paying £14.99 for years to cover my gadgets with them and would like customer service and insurance to commensurate with the money spent. After another phone call, Protect your Bubble said they will make an alternative decision in 5 working days. Again, I stated this isn't good enough as I need to complete online training to maintain my nursing practice, I NEED MY COMPUTER!! I was repeatedly fobbed off and no manager was available to talk to. This apparently happens a lot with PYB if you review this outfit online. Therefore look elsewhere for your gadget insurance if you want proper and timely cover.”
