Jerrica in the office in Montgomery ,Tx is very helpful and friendly. Explains all and everything that pertains to the rental.

Amanda at the Ridge Ave, Concord, NC location was very honest and up front w details of fees and costs. Very pleasant to deal with! Overall great experience!

Property # 25857 We had a wonderful experience with this facility in Summerfield Fl. Janet & Jolene were so knowledgeable and accommodated with all our needs. They were able to answer all of questions and bent over backwards to take care of us. They certainly are a great asset to your organization.

Puyallup location 1310 39th ave se. Puyallup,98374. District manager ADAM PEARSON. Contracted for access to the property from 6 am to 9 pm. The gate broke and without proper notice, he restricted access to the property and has terminated my lease. He has violated the contract by not giving me 30 days' notice as per the contract to change the terms of the contract. He has also violated Washington state rental laws by changing the terms of the contract and failing to provide proper notice. His actions have been retaliatory and have left the company open to legal action because they have violated their own lease and contract. Say it with me Adam is unprofessional and is a liability to the company.

I was extremely happy that Ebonie from store number #26599 went above and beyond to help assist me with a storage unit she went out her way to help me even though she is located in a different state she was so professional and so knowledgeable and just a good employee for the company its very rare to find good people that go above and beyond and actually care about a customer needs she made my day and Im so grateful that she helped me

The Customer Service with Public Storage is laughable I booked a unit online (DO NOT EVER DO THIS) 10x15 unit outside with drive up access (their online description) we drove all day only to get to the unit the following day we were supposed to get a text when the unit was ready that never happened so I called and was told the unit was ready and the gate was broken so I could drive on in!!!!! Not secure at all and not in the best of areas!!!!!!! We drove to the unit only to find out the doorway to the unit was a small passage door for a 10x15 unit I still don't understand that? I went up front and spoke with the manager (she was very nice) explained they didn't have any other units that would work. She immediately closed the reservations my account was billed the next day I gave it 5 business days thinking the money would be credited but it was not!!!!! I then called the customer service only to be told they could not credit the money despite never even opening the door to the unit the representative said I had to contact John Ramsey the district manager as he was the only person that could issue a refund??? MAKES NO SENSE!!!!! I was given a number by Public Storage which was wrong??? (don't even know their managers phone number?) I had to go back to the local facility and spoke with the same property manager again was very helpful only to be told she couldn't issue any credit only John Ramsey District Manager had the authority to do so she gave me a good phone number to Mr. Ramsey only to get his voicemail I have left several messages for Mr. Ramsey and have yet to get a response. Moral of this story DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

The Call Center people are the worst. First, I called to reserve a unit, and even though I didn't need it for a week, I offered to pay for it that day.. They say "oh no, you don't have to do that. I get an email that says my move in rate will be 25$ because of their "special." Then I get a call from the property manager but can't answer the phone. I call back - it goes straight to VM- I thought I left a message but no class back. I called again on the day I am supposed to pay and same thing. So I call the 833 number - sit on hold for 35 minutes. Start to tell the person the issue (starting with, I have tried to call the site with no luck) and I realize the person I am speaking to wasn't listening because she very rudely got snippy with me saying -- "they tried to call you several time (NO THEY didn't) and the unit is gone" I tried to say something and she cut me off and basically told me that it was my fault and all I could do is call the site - I said again that the number that I keep calling goes to VM to which she responded "I'll just dial it" when the site manager picked up, I tried to ask the cust. service person what number she dialed and she just hung up. Second. The site manager on Ebenezer rd. in Rock Hill, SC was great and helped get me into another unit at the same price - but then she hit me with the "fees" that the 833 sales people won’t tell you about and my 25$ move in rate and 81$ a month quickly became a 61$ move in rate and 96$ a month. And of course, I am stuck! I am moving and have to have a storage unit this week. So I will be using it for at least a month

9742 The customer service at the Owings Mills facility next to RoFo is outstanding. The gentlemen that signed me up had company knowledge, outstanding customer service skill, and charm despite my complaint about the company's insurance policy. My experience with Public Storage is far superior to my contact with Extra Space Storage.

Public Storage on 150 in Hoover is awesome. Very clean and well keep. Your property is safe and you are safe when you are onsite. The staff is very helpful and professional.

I am not happy. For almost six years I paid for the smallest one they had. The price went up every. Year. Then someone tried to break in and they wanted me to change the lock. I am 74 and don’t drive. Ok I think they changed the lock but never sent me a key. I couldn’t get in the gate so the office had to do it. The lady in the office was new but she did what she could. Her name is Dee property number 08394 Oregon City

NEVER USE PUBLIC STORAGE. They are con artists . Charge u before a full MONTH IS OVER WITH. Charge unnecessary fees . Fraud company. Steals your belonging. Break locks . Can’t say I didn’t worn you.
