I have never received such poor customer service in my life! I am an existing client with a unit we have had for our business for over 10 years and called customer service to ask about pricing for the holiday weekend and options to getting a bigger or second unit. Denise with customer service was so rude as soon as she answered the phone. Her tone, her demeanor, was all miserable and it seamed as though she was looking to do as little work as possible today and her last priority was to assist any existing customers with their needs. She then refused to speak with me because I was not an administrator on the account even though I assured her I didnt need any assistance regarding our existing account. If that is company policy she could have gone about telling me she cannot assist me in a more professional way. Due to our interaction this morning I will be pulling our business from Public Storage and moving to your direct competitor. This is not how you treat customers that support your business.

The manager Trena at the Rockwall location helped me with my account in a confusing I encountered and was very professional and tentative to my questions. I really appreciate customer service support as she has helped me with. Thanks Trena

They prorate the first month and not the last so that you pay the full month when you’re ready to leave. I had a contract for about 2 years, the price started at $189per month when I left (24 months later) the price was $411 per month. They raised the price every few months once they have you in there. It’s clean and are so your stuff won’t get stolen but they’ll rob you by taking your money legally.

What the heck!! I come to my favorite public storage to see my favorite girl Shanice Moore just to find out, you guys fired her! She was absolutely great at her job, very helpful, very professional each time I seen her! You guys were wrong for firing your BEST employee! She went above and beyond for her job! Just lost my support, I will be taking my money some where else!!!

Janet is a superstar she is the most excellent Msnager and customer service gal under high duress she has an amazing attention to detail for each client ! Hands down she should be training other managers ! Got us settled where no one else could ! Janet has a wonderful attitude and is highly efficient ! Thank you Janet bringing all my business here !

Steve at the Skokie, Illinois Public Storage is the most dedicated representative of the company. He always shows a sincere interest in the customer, a patient and pleasant disposition, and is thorough in his explanations and assistance.

For 3 days during peak move in/out time (end of month and 1st of the month, no onsite agent available and no way to get a question answered; the app does have a live chat, but the responses are general, rather than specific to my needs. For the cost of the rental, one which expect SOME customer service.

This review is for Gabby the manager at the Northridge office off Parthenia. My wife and I had a really positive experience renting from this place. The manager, Gabby, was so great to work with when we got our unit. Surprisingly, my wife and I ended up having some really meaningful conversations with Gabby. Not only is she incredibly professional, funny, and knowledgeable, but she also puts you at ease knowing she's running things. One day, I went in to pay my bill and somehow the topic of cancer came up. Gabby shared that she herself is a four-time cancer survivor. I was blown away because my mother-in-law was currently dealing with cancer, and I had seen firsthand what my own mother went through before she passed in 2005 from lung cancer. I mentioned to Gabby about my mother-in-law's situation. You'll never guess what Gabby did next - she reached under the counter and pulled out some tea packets she keeps for just such occasions. She handed them to me to take home, saying they may help my mother-in-law fight the cancer. I have to admit, I got a little choked up. It was such a kind gesture. My mother-in-law went back for testing and amazingly, the cancer was gone. We still can't believe it. Gabby truly deserves some kind of recognition for being a manager who goes above and beyond for people. She really does go out of her way to help. Thank you so much, Gabby, for everything you do. You're really making a difference.

Stay away from Public Storage. They will continue to raise your rates!!!! In 25 months they have raised my monthly rate by 55% from $179 (trying to get you in the door) to $401!!! And this is just for a small 10' x 10' unit in Picket St in Alexandria VA. I contacted them asking for some release and they said, "NO". I've contacted the BBB and basically Public Storage is holding me as hostage since I'm not in VA at the moment and don't have any other options! I understand that prices do increase but not at 55% in 25 months. Also, they are advertising my same unit for $185 (on line). REMEMBER - that is just to get you in the door, then they will raise your rates!!!!!

Very reasonable prices for a climate controlled unit. Everything was as expected and the Move was streamlined. No problems whatsoever.

Tim the property manager in Brighton CO has been beyond helpful and polite each and every time I have asked him for assistance. The property is always nice and clean and easy to access. Thank you Tim for all you do!!

I am very disappointed in your company. I have been a loyal customer for over three years, never being late on a payment and you raise my rent every few months, no one can afford this. You asked if I wanted a lower cost unit, yes I do and I will find a lower cost unit with another storage company. BUYER BEWARE! Your rent goes up quarterly. A lot! I started at 169, I am now paying 395 and no one will talk to you, just the property manager who cannot do anything. The elevators go out regularly, there are new rules on how to enter and exit every time I go there…. I had to let someone out last time. It is TERRIBLE!

The public storage on Bullard is garbage. I went over there on the daytime to put my stuff in my storage and there was no dollies to bring up my belongings. Nobody else was there but me and there was no dollies to assist me in bringing up my belongings. This place is just trifling. The bathrooms are disgusting and don't seem like they are cleaned on a regular. If I had known they operated in this manner I wouldn't have never stored my belongings here. Play it safe and go somewhere else that can accommodate you when you go to store your belongings. They will call you about your charges, but do nothing to accommodate an easy transfer from your vehicle to your storage. Might be cheap, but not accommodating.

I had the pleasure to work with Melody at 2399 Finley in Lombard. Melody was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. If I ever need to use PS again I would make sure to work with Melody again.

Oh how wonderful Ms. Susan was at the location 7895 Riverfall Drive Dallas Tx, 75230 I mean she was as sweet as she can be she understands that My Rent was high due to my Storage Unit having it for a year now. She was able to help me out and I understood everything on why it was increased She help lower it I really Appreciate You Ms. Susan God Bless you❤️🥰🙏🏾🤝🏾

I recently contacted the storage facility in College Park, Maryland, and I enjoyed speaking with Akena. She was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to assist me. Akena's friendly and professional demeanor made the experience very positive, and I was impressed by her commitment to excellent customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend Akena for her outstanding assistance and commendable attitude.it

Had my storage auction off they were contacting me at wrong number which gave them right number could not wait 3 days would of payed what we owe auction off and got nothing told them there were just pictures and few personal items not valued to anyone els sold my things now wants balance ya ok worst place to go used rent without telling us stay away from this place you will regret it worst storage anywhere

Peggy was wonderful in helping us today get second person in account. Tom was fabulous and answered my many questions when I got the storage locker last week. They both helped everything go smoothly. Thank you both at Stillwater, MN location.
