Tried this chocolate after seeing it on dragons den. Ordered straight away. It is fantastic. Especially as my twins if 9 have dairy intollarance. I have ordered all flavours 3 times now and love them. They are without a doubt the best chocolates I have ever tasted. And friends and family have tried and ordered from here also 5 star chocolate.

We like many other placed an order however we bought one of each from the whole range to try, it certainly is an acquired taste as it's more like dark chocolate being low sugar but having found our favourites a second order has been placed. As stated we have loved more than half of what we have tried silk, orange, salted caramel so a second order has gone in to stock up. The price is a little steep won't lie but happy to support start ups if the product is right.

So, i don't really ever submit reviews, but i thought having read all of the not so good ones , I really should add my 2 penny worth. Yes , the initial delivery took absolutly ages, but give Stephen and his team give their due, they did keep sending me update emails and if you where prepared to wait and understand that the company has gone from trading in medium numbers to over night trading in massive numbers, there are going to be a few issues, which can only be expected. But i was kept in the loop during the whole process. Now on to the chocolate.... I LOVE CHOCOLATE !! I know what I like, I have eaten loads of different types over the years and I can honestly say that for me it is on a par with companies like Lidt and Hotel Chocolat. You really i couldn't tell (taste wise) that it was dairy free, gluten free , low sugar . A massive plus point is that it is also Palm Oil free!! I wish more companies would just leave it out or use an alternative. I do not buy this product becuase of any intolerances ( i don't have any) and I'm not particularly weight conscious either. I buy it becuase it tastes good . The fact I can buy it for family who are weight conscious and gluten intolerant is just great as i know that they are also enjoying a great product.

Was very impressed with Stephen on dragons den and placed an order straight away. Slight hiccup with the order but I guess they were overwhelmed after the TV appearance. Choc arrived and it tastes great. Kids love it. Best of luck to this new business.

Placed order for Advent calendars, and received a few weeks later with no problem at all with order. My kids eat them daily, if they didn’t like it them they wouldn’t eat them so must be a thumbs up from the kids👍

I placed an order on 9th November. Had an email straight away to say it would take 2-3 weeks. I have heard nothing else so last week sent an email asking when I should expect to receive my order. No reply, so sent a further email, still nothing. That's when I started to read reviews.... looks like I'm not alone! I can accept that there may have been high demand leading to delays, however communication is terrible. This is unacceptable!

For the first time in my life I had to throw chocolate away. Both plain and caramel were awful. I contacted them with a nice message but never got a response. Please don't waste your money

Dear Kyle, As you may have ready from other reviews - we have had an issue with our manufacturing - mainly due some new (and expensive) equipment malfunctioning without us realising. We would like to send you some replacements - please can you send us your order number. Stephen Founder

Ordered after seeing the positive comments on Dragons Den. Waited a few weeks for delivery but I had an email keeping me informed. However upon receipt it was clear it really wasn't worth the wait. The product is not very nice and leaves a strange chalky after taste. I had bought them as Christmas presents but will not be handing them out.

Much like other reviews, placed an order in good faith to support what seemed like an honest and trustworthy business. It is clear that they are trading on the appearance on Dragons Den. I am disgusted with this company and the service (or lack there of) placed an order and the money taken from account straight away. Was quoted 2-3 weeks delivery, which I was willing to wait. I am now just 30 dats and still no product, no response to my emails. This is awful, I feel as though I’ve been conned. How on earth they feel this is an acceptable way to treat customers. Avoid, DO NOT PURCHASE from them!! Am in the process of seeking legal assistance, as according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they exceeded the 30 day delivery time frame.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HORRIBLE CHOCOLATE We waited a long time for this chocolate to arrive and it doesn’t live up to expectations at all. It’s very bland and leaves a very unpleasant aftertaste. Has the recipe changed? as I struggle to understand what the investors on Dragons Den thought was so special? I am very disappointed with it, bought 8 bars to try the individual flavour. When delivered 7 out of the 8 bars ordered where broken within the packaging, not a good start to my experience. I will not be buying again and would recommend that people do NOT waste your money on this product.

I ordered six bars on the 23rd of September. 8 weeks later, three of the bars arrived. After emailing several times they told me the other three bars I ordered were out of stock so I requested a refund for those three bars. No response and upon emailing again they told me they sent them out and gave me the tracking number for the bars I'd already got. I either want the bars or want my money back and now I'm getting ignored. The packaging and product are extremely poor quality. I really hoped thus would be a nice vegan chocolate but the taste is horrible and the customer service in the company is appalling. Will not be recommending!

After over a month’s waiting, chocolate finally arrived. However, the quality of the chocolate doesn’t worth the wait at all. we were very disappointed by the taste. Doesn’t taste chocolate at all and overly sweet. If you want to try a good vegan chocolate, try ombar. They are way better.

Do Heavenly Chocolate owners know that a new company in England, Pure Heavenly Chocolate, is the cause of the low ratings for Heavenly Chocolate? It's a pity that Heavenly Chocolate gets such a bad press because an English company has decided to use a very similar name. For anyone thinking of posting a bad review of Pure Heavenly Chocolate - this is not the same company.

I was excited to try this after a recommendation from a friend. I appreciate demand was high following Dragon's Den but they set expectations in line with that and not met it. I placed an order 4 weeks ago, I was told delivery would be 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks and no communication, I chased my order and I got an email to say it had been dispatched on Wednesday 4th December. I don't know where its been sent from or what delivery service but I would expect it to take less than a week to arrive. Tried chasing it again but no reply, have emailed yet again to request a refund. Disappointing.
