“Good afternoon QI macros team. I am quality inspector and Leen 6 sigma green belt. I am using this software daily for SPC and seldom do capability suite. Most excel users will prefer QIM to Minitab because it is extremely easy to use. QIM have all necessary tool and power for everyday tasks. The think I do not like is MSA (measurement system analysis). I know QIM used established third party methodology. These established rules are created probably using caliper in mind. I am working for heat treat industry and we measure hardness. QIM recommend having bad parts in MSA study. I try but does not help. I scrap my MSA projects. I love QIM easy to use and unexpensive, no annual subscription.”

“QI Macros is my tool to go to for quality improvement, process improvement and quality outcomes study. It is very user - friendly and Jay is wonderful with assisting with guidance and questions about the tool. Customer service is excellent. When I called, there was an actual person answering the phone without wait time and Phil did great with also followed up with an email. QI Macros has all the tools that anyone would need for improvement work! I love the Pareto chart, histograms, P charts, T & G charts and stats testing! I have been using this tool for about 15 years and it is a must have for me.”

“Nick was great. He solved our problems fast and with courtesy. He even extended our 30-day trial so we can fully test the new version as we had installation trouble and never got to use it. I am really impressed with the latest version and plan to purchase two licenses when our 30-day trial ends. Nick sealed the deal. Your Customer service is great. I will recommend this software (and Nick) to our sister plants in Mexico and Poland. We have a total of 14 plants around the world and may be able to recommend to all of them.”

“In 2012 my company needed reasonably priced software with standardized preformatted tools required to support performing quality and project management tasks ranging from APQP, Capability Studies, SPC, PPAP, to general project development and management. QI Macros included all the tools needed to support our needs. I have moved on to several new positions and companies since then. I have been successful in introducing and bringing QI Macros with me. Use of the standardized tools and updates also helped fulfill ISO/IATF-TS requirements. Thank you for keeping the tools up to date and current. Very much appreciated!”

“This is one of the best excel extensions I use in my lab to develop Histograms and Levy Jennings charts for our controls. Makes it super simple to input the data and create good looking graphs.”

“In a 2017, a previous manager of mine suggested I purchase QI Macros. I've been using it ever since. In October 2023, I spoke with Jay Arthur at The Quality Show in Chicago. I very much enjoyed our conversation and he made me aware that I could upgrade to the latest version at a discounted rate. I chose to upgrade and purchase another license for an associate in my department. The purchasing process and installation is very simple.”

“I've used extensively Minitab, JMP, SAS, and now QI Macos. I've found QI Macros very easy to learn and to use, and am impressed by the breadth of coverage of statistical analyses. It is our standard at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio...we use it in all our continual improvement projects.”
