communication poor as they only told me that my handset was not as inadvertently accepted... suddenly my offer went down by £50... hay ho... consumer confidence lost again.... 😔👎🤔

Only after I had completed my purchase online was I informed that despatch would be up to 10 days . When I got the iPhone it became evident that the battery would not hold a charge for more than two hours , this was supposed to be a re conditioned phone ,the battery is a consumable and should have been replaced as a matter of course . I returned the I phone, after a wait of 7 days the phone was returned with a satisfactory battery . Communication is poor ,phoning impossible ,the phone was permanently engaged . Turned out O.K. in the end . but not really up to what I have grown to expect in online buying .The company is probably competent technically but communication lets it down .

The price is good however the process seems to be much longer than it’s competitor and it charged extra fees for bank transfer without mentioning beforehand.

Service was easy and reliable and the phone arrived in a couple of days after purchase however now I've had the phone around a month signs are starting to show with the phone glitching and occasionally not responding.

The payment wasn’t exactly next day. You have to wait 3 to 5 working days when other companies pay the actual day.

When I purchased the phone I did read the 5 to 7 working day deliver however I did take notice of the ;we do try to send sooner; statement. I did contact the supplier stating I require the mobile for medical purposes but I received an email back reiterating company policy. I did not receive my phone up to the 7 day so I asked for a refund and was answered by another email stating I was now on a priority customer. I received the phone 2 days later. I am also concerned about the impossible task of tracking the phone. Regards Peter Frewin

Im living in Ireland and Ordered an iphone 6s anc charger on the 17th of July received an email this morning(21st of july) saying the order has been shipped.Just waiting for it to come in i will update when i get news

Still waiting for a refund on an item that I didn’t want, two and a half weeks later. Ordered two phones on same day, one arrived six days later and one arrived two weeks later with no explanation on the reason why. Both phones in good condition but the waiting was very frustrating

The initial order was delayed (by a day or so). The phone arrived and after initial setup was discovered to be FRP locked. Support quickly realised this and return was authorised. Phone was returned, support acknowledged receipt. A replacement was sent in a reasonable time frame. The replacement was of even better quality and had no issues with FRP lock. End result; positive. But, ideally would have preferred to have avoided all these issues.

The phone was fine. It wasn't sent out until the end of the day on the 7th working day after I placed my order. I had sent two emails asking if there was anyway it could be sent out earlier as it was for my daughters birthday, but they replied it wasn't possible. They do say 5-7 working days on their website but also say they normally send them out earlier than that. So the delivery was disappointing but otherwise everything was OK.
