Wanted a refurbed phone for my daughters birthday present. Prices on QMF were good value, delivery was on time and product as expected.

Waited 12 days for the phone which in 2019 is too long. Phone is good condition outwardly. But camera doesn’t work. Getting by with it as we don’t want to wait to get it repaired. Not sure I’d buy another phone line this.

There the worst company ever When order they take you’re money and never send it to you I was told I will get my order in 7 day it’s been 7weeks and still nothing

I have been waiting 3 weeks for delivery of two mobile phones which I had ordered for my daughters birthdays, i have had to send numerous emails with very little indication as to when I could expect my items.

If I could rate 0 I would. Bought a phone a month ago. Two weeks after hadn't received it. After hours on hold finally got through to an adviser. Asked to cancel order and to be given a refund. Still awaiting refund. I have contacted trading standards. This is disgusting service. They have no intention to send you the product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Should have read the reviews first.

My son ordered a £388 Iphone on the 5/7/19 which should have been dispatched by 16/7/19......but nothing! My son made contact and once again was told a phone would be dispatched in 14 working days but he decided this was not good enough and asked for a refund. Three emails later and being told every time this would be referred to their financial department and we will hear back in 24 hrs still no refund! Today I have contacted fraud action and made a complaint. It is impossible to make contact via their phone number as the wait is always 30+ long. Please people read these reviews before thinking about buying from this company! We certainly would NEVER consider using them again! Diabolical customer service

Ordered a £200 phone, waited a month and nothing, my order still hadn't even been dispatched!! Then I decided to cancel my order as I was fed up of waiting, and I am still waiting on my refund. They say within 14 days but I am still waiting, after waiting nearly a month for a phone that didn't come. I don't understand their reasoning for the length of time before they seem to complete anything. I have sent emails asking for updates, to ensure it was processed, and never got responses. Then spent 1 hour and 30 mins on hold today trying to speak to someone, only to be told it'll be with me in a few days. No customer service, huge waiting times to get to speak to anyone, and for a UK based company, you can expect to wait longer than international time frames for a product that should be received within a week. Will not ever think of using this company again!

I purchased my phone on the 26/7/19 its now the 13/08/19 and i still haven't received my phone, Ive sent numerous emails through out the week, they responded to the first couple saying sorry for the delay its still going through some testing, and again that i am on the priority list to it being sent out this week, that email was sent out last week and it was never dispatched, on their website it says they will email you to keep you updated but it seems like i have to ask for updates rather than them email me to begin with. The previous 3 emails i have sent haven't been to replied to yet. Its beyond a joke, Ive only just got my self a cheap temporary phone yesterday but as of then i was contactable which doesn't do me any favors when i need to get in touch with my work, family or friends. We got exactly what we wanted and a great price. Seemed to take an age to be delivered - but was within promised working days from ordering. No issues with phone.

Service is appalling, I ordered my mobile on 10th July 2019 and still have not received it (as of 12/08/19). I have contacted Customer Services on multiple occasions asking for delivery updates and now they are not replying to e-mails. The telephone service is diabolical, every time I called their helpline I was 20+ in the queue (there one agent must be very stressed). I now have requested a full refund if mobile not delivered by 16/09/19. Reading the reviews that QMF received a large majority have slated the Company on their appalling overall Service. I am fully expecting that I will not receive the mobile I purchased and paid for and expect it will be the same up hill battle to get a full refund. I intend to seek citizens advice support, link in with the local Trading standard Offices and contact my credit card supplier and seek payment via Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
