took my money straight the way only sent phone after I emailed to chase having missed my sons birthday 10days after ordering . no customer service phones wont be answered good luck .

No communication. Phone was locket for England. We have to pay extra mony for unlocking. For fixing phone we have to pay 30 euro for delivery to UK. No communication !!!

The quote was £115 but I ended up getting £77. Apparently due to a faulty button, which was wrong. All the buttons worked fine.

sent off my old phone to be sold, and heard nothing back from quick fix mobile, even when my order showed as received with the new revised quote, I was not sent an email or contacted to let me know. On the tracking page I was not able to accept or reject the offer, so had to wait the 14 days to automatically accept the offer. Again, wasn’t contacted to say that the payment value was finalised/quote going ahead, or when the payment was made. Was all a bit of a guessing game really and didn’t feel in control of my order.

It took around one month to receive payment, no communication from the beginning, constantly asked for updates on what was taking so long, rude/vague replies received, told will get an update from finance team, never received. Payment amount went down twice, no information received. Awful service will never use this company again.

Despite other people saying they'd received their phone really quickly mine took tight to the end of the delivery estimate (and I have a feeling that was only because I commented on this). When it came discovered a fault on it. Because they never answer the phone any query takes ages. Eventually I got in touch with PayPal as. Things were going so slowly Most of the emails i get are polite and helpful but because you're very lucky if you manage to get them on the phone do you start to have doubts about the stature of the company. I've now returned the item (postage paid by them which is good) and I'm hoping that I can update with info that I've been refunded for the purchase. If they upped their game communication wise then I would have given them a better rating even after receiving a faulty item.

My phone has not arrived and it has gone over the time scale. The communication has been so poor it would be far me to label them as rude. I'm disgusted and I feel as though the reviews on the website aren't genuine.

I was offered the highest rate in comparison to other companies. However once sent of and the phone reviewed i was offered much less than half of the original offer even though i said the phone was not working! I feel I have been ripped off and tricked by this company.

Payment was advertised to be 3 to 5 days but after 5 days past I contacted you and was told it will be in my bank within 3 days. That's a total of 8 working days nearly two working weeks

the first 2 phones I purchased were excellent and delivered within a couple of days unfortunately the last one 1 ordered last week still hasn't arrived and no word back as to when I am to recive it even though the funds were taken out the day after it was ordered
