“I have a bad experience & I would not recommend buying from this retailer. Did not deliver phone in time advertised. Item was delivered Shoddily without charging cable. Once they had my money, they ignored my complaints & their advertised terms for refunds. I got refund thanks to my bank.”

“Ordered a phone on 15 Jan 2020 (£309.99), two weeks later - no phone, no updates. Finally someone responded that the phone will be shipped in a week which is absolutely not what they advertised. At that point I requested to cancel the order and they informed me the refund will be processed within 14 working days. No refund on the 14th working day which falls on 14th Feb, no updates. After emailing them again they informed me there were delays in accounting processes and my refund will be processed on 28th Feb - another two weeks to wait! Today is 3rd March and I have NOT received my refund. There is no customer service line and the chat on the website does not work.There is a whole FB page dedicated for customers issues with this company, so please do your research!”

“Made a order on 15th of February and was told i'd receive my phone within 7-10 working days then after the 10 days I got told to wait another 4 working days because of a delay which I did. Now I can't receive any contact from them and I'm unsure what to do next.”

“Sent my phone 3 weeks ago for a quick mobile fix. I still haven’t received it back and nobody is answer my emails. As far as I’m concerned, they’ve stolen my phone at this point.”

“I bought an iPhone 7 around 18 months ago It arrived in time and was better than expected with protective screen cover etc I have had no problems with it at all and still working great”

“Stupidly Ordered an iPhone from quick Mobile fix for €650 without reading the terrible review. No phone came... asked for refund.... no refund... I am so angry... no phone number to ring and emails that are being returned are generic. Not holding out much hope of a refund... Feeling like an idiot having read the reviews... why is this company allowed to trade?”

“Please dont part with your hard earned cash with this company. Totally unprofessional and unresponsive. They take months to reply and it seems like they are operating the site with infants as they send you blank replies. They never seem to answer the questions you put forward but rather fob you off with totally irrelevant replies. It's like talking to a kid who doesn't understand english. They advertise poor condition phones as grade A, never trust their description. They send out faulty phones and take ages to deliver. I wish I could give zero stars. This company should be barred from trading. Please stick to reputable companies such as music magpie which provide better customer support and advertise phones with true descriptions. I'm saying this from past experience as I've purchased 2 handsets in the past from music magpie described as good condition and to my surprise one handset was absolutely mint condition and would have passed as an excellent condition phone.”

“Phone was never delivered, after waiting for over three weeks. When contacted, they made repeated promises that the phone was about to be dispatched, however it never was. When I had finally had enough and asked to cancel my order, they ignored two emails and then finally asked for another email to confirm and then say it will take another 14 days to give me my refund.”

“AVOID this company, it is a scam and they will reply to your emails but will not actually send you your order and then won’t pay back the refund. There is also no phone number so once they start ignoring your emails there is no way of contacting them, they have taken my money and now I have no phone and am out of pocket still after 3 months.”
