Phone I received is faulty and I am still waiting on a refund from you - absolutely awful service and no communication from customer services despite numerous emails!

PLEASE DO NOT USE. Ordered phone on 25 July, website stated next day delivery. Phone never arrived. Cancelled order on 4 Sept Today is 5 October, refund still not received. £379.99 owing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO HELP, NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT. BEWARE

Firstly the website was very unclear on it shipping time until I had actually bought the phone which was wayyyyy longer than it needed to be. 7-10 days coming from the “same” country I live in. The phone has clearly had the screen replaced before which I understand because it second hand but it’s not been done well and black stuff has started to leak from around the edges. Then iPhone XR I bought won’t work for Apple Pay and no it’s not the card because it works with my apple watch. I contacted Quick Mobile Fix who were neither quick nor able to provide a fix. It took several days to get a reply and then they said I could follow several steps to fix it myself which did not work. Then when I contacted them again they said they would send a email with a Freepost label so I could send them phone back and they would aim to fix it within 7-10 days which again is not at all quick. The second email never turned up and when I contacted them they have yet to reply it’s been nearly a month and still nothing. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement especially given how much money they have had from me.

Still waiting for the phone to delivered after nearly a month. Also wanted to change the delivery address since the delivery was going to be late but was told this wasn't possible.

Been a month now and I still have not received my phone , very bad service . They just give false promises of when it’s being shipped , I beg you guys not to order from here please , use a different site look up the best refurbished phone sites

Wrong product sent. Now having to wait another month for a refund. Over 3 months delay due to ‘current situation’. Just like Ryanair!!!

Great delivery but after sales care is 1 star at best. If you have a problem with your phone, you're no longer treated like a valued customer. After 3 weeks I finally got my phone back, but it had exactly the same fault. To return the phone for the second time, I had to pay again to do so. After 3 requests to speak to a manager, I gave up.

I have bought a few phones from Quick Mobile Fix, and the reason I have decided never to use this company again is in relation to my my most recent purchase. I bought an iphone 7 in June - despite repeated attempts to re program etc the phone kept failing. I did as QMF said and restarted it etc but it was still intermittently faulty. I then sent the phone back to QMF for repair. I had no update as to the status of my phone repair. Once I received the phone back it was still faulty. I was again advised to send it back. During this period the lack of communication was the biggest issue I had. To have good customer service, you need to be in contact with your customers. There is no phone number and therefore it is all by email and frustratingly these rarely get answered. I won't bee using QMF again. I have found an alternative, quality supplier and would not recommend this company.

Recived a phone from this company was not reconditioned like it was sold to me have had a to buy a replacement screen as it has no screws in it to hold it together and also have had to buy a replacement battery! Not happy awful customer service aswell.

NOW 41 WORKING DAYS FROM CANCELLATION DUE TO NON RECEIPT OR COMMUNICATION AND NO REFUND NON PAYMENT OF REFUND NOW BEING PASSED TO OUR SOLICITORS. BUYERS BEWARE. We ordered a phone on 4th July and the money was debited from our account on 13th July. £499.99. We did not receive the phone or any communication so on 4th August we cancelled this order and this was also acknowledged by Quick Mobile Fix email on 4th August. The refund was due to be paid on 21st August as per their 14 day refund policy. Despite numerous communication due to delays we were promised this money would be refunded by 28th September latest (39 days) however no refund was received yesterday and now we have been emailed to tell us the refund will be paid by 26th October! We will of course be passing this on to our lawyer today to deal with. There is NO moratorium on refunds and Quick Mobile Fix should NOT take money if they are unable to send out phones and there is no excuse why a refund should take this long. I do look forward to receiving a response, although doubtful! RATING ACTUALLY "0"

Bought phone via advert on 2nd August. Continuously delayed without any comma for 3 weeks so requested refund as could not provide goods. Refund then also delayed - Still waiting 6 weeks later, expected on 19th October (so they say). Basically keeping £250 of my money in their accounts. Shocking service with criminal operations.

Paid for a phone.It came and didnt work and it was for my daughters 11th birthday so tears all day.Sent it back and asked for a refund .That was in July and I still haven't received it and yet more excuses. No refund no money to buy another phone.My daughter is still without.Sold me goods not fit for purpose and hasn't given my money back .Dont touch them with a barge pole.Absolutely disgusting customer services

Ordered an iPhone. Arrived in reasonable time, but damaged. Told this to customer services, was told to return phone and that it would be fixed/replaced and sent back. So far so good. Was told returning of phone would be free with Collect+ sticker. Was told this had been sent in a separate email (it had not). Had to chase up for a long time until they sent another sticker to print and attach to package to return. Tracked parcel through Collect+ and asked again on status of repair when it had arrived and I had not heard anything for a while. Was told repeatedly that it had not come, and then that they did not have it/had lost it. Months after initial order they found it but said it had a cracked screen (not what I had originally complained about or how I had sent it back (in original packing). Was told I had to pay for a whole new repair in order for it to be returned. By this time patience had worn so just asked for a refund. This was to no avail. Asked for the IMEI number of device they claimed was mine as I was certain the device I returned did not have a cracked screen. They refused this. So far process has gone on for 11 months with them consistently stopping replying when they have no further avenues of delay. Was told if I would not pay for screen repair I could only have device returned unfixed. In the end I accepted that I would just have to get this repaired with a different business and they told me they would return device. Has not been returned and have been chasing to no replies ever since. Genuinely the worst returns process and customer service I have come across in any business ever. 11 months after order I have not had my money back, or my device.

Worst phone buying experience of my life. They tell you phone will come in a couple of days then once you order they tell you that it will take 10 days but then it really takes a month They do NOT refund delivery Honestly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with

To understand what this company are really like type in Google (quick mobile fix trading standards). They have been scamming people out of money before covid 19 was here in the uk back in October 2019 with repeated behaviour of not giving refunds & supplying people with faulty goods! You see they use covid now to their advantage stating lack of staff etc & that's why refunds may take longer. This is not the true, just do the research before putting your trust in this company or you could be out of pocket like myself and many other.

Order ID 308319. Will be writing a review everyday until I get my refund. Ordered the phone 30/07/20. It still had not arrived by 08/08/20. I emailed to query and got a snotty reply so cancelled it. 19/08/20 still no refund. They state 14 days for a refund. I went to giffgaff bought paid for and received phone within 24 hours. Go to giffgaff avoid this company like the plague. Now told me middle of September. Con merchants
