Processed a payment I was already processing on the website without asking me for confirmation. Took double-payment, and cannot promise a refund within the same time-scale they can give loan withdrawals. Completely messed up my weekend plans because the operator got greedy and wanted the payment to go against her name.

Borrowing, just 200 pounds and being charged 87pound for the amount of time i borrowed it is not on weather or not your rates state the amount, its outrageous and needs to be stopped your making a killing for people just wanting to pay there bills, i understand its a company and the idea is to make money but surly not at the amount you are and being allowed too, for that reason i will never be borrowing from you again.

Your system does not accept my debit card for one reason or another. I suspect it's because you do not allow me to select my exact address after inputting my postcode. You only ask for the postcode. this is stupid as I live in a block of flats and any number of the addresses that match could be the address. on another note charging me £19.68 for 3 days of processing time is ridiculous. this is clearly because you have an inefficient payment processing system. why should I as your customer who has been paying you interest rate for an extended period of time be penalised with it. if you want to retain customers please make yourselves efficient. i hope to never to business with you again.

The website is unbearably slow and encounters technical problems which prevent me from repaying my loan as it should. When I complained about this, I recieved poor service and incorrect information. I had to expicitly request that you stop referring to me by my first name. It was patronising and unproffessional.

Your Flex account is extremely expensive. Your repayment method is over complicated and frustratingly slow. Considering the interest rates you charge the service is disgusting.

Very poor customer service and utterly useless when it comes to assisting customers. I deal with customers in my job a lot and that's not the way you treat customers who've supplied you with bushiness. I most defiantly won't be using Quick Quid ever again.

10 minutes going through requirements before being cut off. Logged backed on only to be ask to start at the beginning and go through everything again. Not ideal.

All I did was log into my account to receive a message stating that my loan request had been declined. Fair enough that you don't want to lend me money, however, you have left a footprint on my credit score when all I did was log in, not even put in an application. Appalling!!!

I wanted a settlement figure to clear my account on Friday 29th August. I was advised that I owed £234.26 on 29/08. I advised I had an extra payment set up for £150 to automatically come out on Friday, so could I pay the extra £84.26 today to clear my account on Friday. I was told yes and payment was taken. I was then told that on Friday I would actually have to pay the £150 plus £148.80 to clear the account in full on Friday. The origianal figures given were incorrect and if I had been given the correct information I would not have paid extra as it did not help my cause any. All the adviser would say is they where sorry for the confusion. That doesn't help me. Once my account is paid off, I am not sure I will use you again as I feel that all you want to do it get more money off people who are already stuggling!!!!
