“Quick quid has been very useful for me when I have needed financial support fast. I was very disappointed when they took away the flexi option. The flexi option was the best thing about quick quid because it made everything so transparent, I knew exactly how much I was paying the next month because the lowest amount is always too low. After I have paid off my most recent loan I dont know if I would use quick quid again or if I may switch to another lender.”

“Tonight was a nightmare. Took me several hours to pay off my balance because the service was most terrible. I was passed around from one department to another and then back again. Your staff couldn't answer simple questions like "How much will it cost me to pay off my balance tonight?" The staff made me feel humiliated and stupid when surely it is there job to know the answer as to much I owe Quick Quid at any one time. I must have made over 7 calls tonight due to being cut off or fobbed off! And I was kept on hold on several occasions for an unacceptable amount of time. Disgraceful. Half of the people I talked to were so quiet I had to ask them to turn up their volume control, some sounded like they had just woke up, and one even sounded like she was having sex at the same time as answering the phone! And, finally, this is the first time I have felt proper scammed by this loan company. I will not recommend your services again in the future,”

“You pray on the weak.. like the rest of the pay day companies. I had several loans with different companies, this should not be allowed.. some people have no means of paying these things.. I hope and pray that I am never unfortunate enough again to have to use this or any other service!”

“The agent (Alexandra) I spoke to on live chat was very polite and was the only reason I ticked poor and not very poor. My bills have increased over the last month or two and I am really starting to struggle with my payments. I contacted your company before my payment came out to inquire about a repayment plan to help me get back on track and also ensure I don't get behind with my Quick Quid payments. Unlike most people who just ignore phone calls because they have missed payments I did this before payment came out only to be told you couldn't help regarding a repayment plan. I don't think this is a very good service and puts extra strain on my outgoings and could cause me to miss more bills in the future as well as Quick Quid payments. I have never missed a payment to do and really don't want to in the future but the lack of help received is putting this at risk. The only help I was offered was to adjust the payment date which is great but in the long term does not help as I would be required to make two payments the following month which really is not possible.”

“Many lending companies provide a facility to re-pay the loan early using the My account section and re-pay loan. It would appear that you have to ring to re-pay the loan which costs more money.”
