“"If you ever have to have a payday loan I'd recommend QuickQuid. If ever I have needed to call the cust service centre I was never left hanging for long and the reps on the phone are always friendly. Only ever had one issue. Needed to move my payment date after starting a new job, but the payment went out on the old date. Rang Quickquid and they immediately arranged for the payment to be returned to my account that day and wiped a months interest as a goodwill gesture (without me having to ask for a GWG or even logging a formal complaint.)”

“They were true to their word the application was quick and straightforward and had the cash within 10 mins and were so helpful on live chat and took payment that way to repay early with no dramas would definitely use again for a short term help .”

“Do not expect to receive any semblance of customer service from this company's resolution / complaints teams. They have failed to update my personal details on my account with them after 4 requests (just submitted a 5th) and they are as bold as brass when it comes to handling their customers. I appreciate what they offer may seem beneficial at the time, I've been there myself, but in the long run it will spell nothing but trouble for you.”

“Never ever ever use this company! I paid off my daughters loan of 212.50 and they took they payment twice! When my daughter rang them they said the refund would be made in 7 days! They said a quicker way to get the money would be to take out another loan and repay it when the refund is made!! Absolute joke!! The reason I paid the loan off in the 1st place was because if the extortionate rates on a loan my daughter stupidly took out without my knowing. This should be better regulated! How come you can get money in your account within an hour then they are charging you interest but it takes 7 days when they owe you ?”

“I am absolutely disgusted with my most recent transactions with QQ. My first experience with them was nothing less of perfect so I had no qualms contacting them when I needed help again. After my most recent experience I will never deal with them again. I requested for the money to be taken out of my account on the last day of the month as this is when I am payed. Well QQ took it upon themselves to change the date of my payments and attempted to take the money out before hand. 3 months later I am sent an email telling me my account will be sold to a 3rd party credit collector. The issue? The date the email requested the money to be transferred was over a month after the email was sent and mail I should have received was never received at my address. This feels like a purposeful mistake to take more money and interest from their clients.”

“Disgusted with quick quid and there costumer service and the business in general. The hole experience was so stressful. I believe they should be investigated as their clear goals are to rob people of more money than they initially borrowed.”

“Terrible service tried to repay this loan several times. They failed to take the money out off the account and just continued to add more interest. When asked for an account number and sort code for the company was told they could not give out the information. A totally imoral and corrupt company trying to get a lot of extra money out of people. Needs to be investigated,..I was paying this off for my daughter”

“I have been a member since 2008 and have used Quick Quid three times during cash flow emergencies. Always reliable. Money in my bank account within 15 minutes and customer service are extremely friendly. I have no issue with payday loan companies provided they are reliable and you borrow what you can afford to pay back and honour that agreement, it's a very useful service. I couldn't recommend Quick Quid highly enough.”

“Quick quick I had to pay more money back to them The first time I paid in full it didn't go through They say the system was down I had to wait 3 week pay them again young people or people Borrow loan I say don't and call the Is 40 PM minute? Not going”

“Just like with lending stream i used quickquid for a short term loan less than 2 weeks ago and i paid in full early, but theu did not approve me for another loan today, which lending stream did.”
