“14 + hours with no info on the application, and when contacting LiveHelp, I got nothing but copy and pasted answers, no information, and then was directed to call to 40p per minute helpline. I will never use your services and make sure I spread the word.”

“I am a perspective customer and had a relatively simple question about the costs incurred if I fail to make a scheduled payment for whatever reason when using your FlexCredit product. I obviously don't plan to but would like to have all the information upfront before choosing to apply. The live chat agent (Julian) advised me that he was only able to answer general queries about the FlexCredit product. I would consider the cost of the product to be a relatively general question but asked if it would be possible to speak to someone who was able to provide the information requested. Alas, no. I try not to believe the hype surrounding payday lenders and would prefer to judge for myself. Unfortunately in this case it seems that an unwillingness to share the true implications if things go awry is not entirely a myth.”

“website says loan issued 6 hours ago, no funds arrived, contacted them three times today and unsatisfactory answer given each time, still no funds and no time frame given for when issue might be resolved, very poor service, used them before and usually ok but not this time”

“I applied for a loan on saturday, march 22nd, despite not replying to the messages for more information, notsoquickquid went ahead anyway..... bit ridiculous as i purposely ignored requests as loan no longer needed, but they went despite them needing additional information, and me not providing it, they went ahead anyway 4 days lateahead anyway. thankfully after contacting quickquid they did take the funds back right away, so alls well, but seems stupid that”

“I am currently experiencing severe financial difficulties and contacted QQ this morning to try and discuss a repayment plan. After receiving sympathy and "what can I do for you today to help" from the QQ rep, I explained our situation fully. After being told they would do whatever they can, the conversation ended with me being told I would need to contact the collections dept on my due date - after the payment has been taken out!! This completely defeats the object of trying to enter into a repayment plan that is suitable for us both. Very disheartened and disappointed with this "help". Am now at a loss what to do. I already explained the payment wouldn't go out as the funds quite simply won't be there and I will enter into default after already trying to discuss a suitable plan.”

“i was on the live chat for a long time, waiting a long time for a response, and then when i was required to respond in only a short time is was prompted to check i was still there? you should time your own responses before chasing for a response from your clients.”
