“My 10x20 Quictent canopy received some minor damage due to a surprise heavy wind and rain storm while I was away. I sent Quictent an email telling them of the replacement parts I needed and I received a response the very next day from a man named Milka. During replacement I noticed I needed one more small part and again I sent Milka an email and again he answered me the very next day. A week later I received the part. Never have I received such caring service regarding similar experiences with other companies. In conclusion, I am very happy with my 10 x 20 canopy and if you are looking for tents or canopies, I highly recommend Quictent and if you are able to work with Milka, you will end up as one very satisfied customer.”

“I purchased the octagon 10 × 12 ft Gazebo . I had an issue with a part needed. I recieved the part issue resolved am enjoying my new gazebo. Looks so nice !! Thanks Quictent”

“The first time setting my canopy up the wind got and ruined the canopy,leg and a sidewall i was crushed. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and are sending me replacement they are an amazing company to order from highly recommend them”

“Great purchase if you have at least two parties as it will pay for itself compared to renting one locally! Easy set up w/two people. Only complaint is to either very loosely use the Velcro straps around the poles for the top or don’t attach them until you get the poles all together. We put them too tight and they ripped sooooo easily. If I had known I would have first used the white tape provided to reinforce then on both the inside and outside. Overall still happy with my purchase. The other thing that would have been nice was if it came with a storage bag or if you could purchase a heavy duty storage bag from the same site.”

“I purchased the 3x6x2 raised bed, which was very easy to put together and is much stronger than other raised beds that I have purchased from other places. I have also purchased the greenhouse that is about 3x6x3 and I have found the materials are superior quality and everything I needed was included as described. I will definitely purchase from Quictent again.”

“10 x 20 greenhouse Buried the skirt on each side Didn't get it tight so made a few braces with conduit clamp to keep from holding water on top No pests,storm damage rainy spells plus till window this spring not an issue Would reccomend to anyone for home garden no pesticides no storm protection no fungus issues less wasted water expecting tomatoes by mid may next season”

“A good value. Very hard to get the tent over the frame. It fits a bit poorly. The window covers are skewed and don’t close well - not really good for cooler climates I’m taping them closed for the winter. All in all though it’s an excellent product for the cost.”

“I've had 2 Quiktent canopies for 4 years. They have preformed beyond my expectations. Canopies I've had in the past have failed and been replaced at least biannually. These canopies will last me for many years to come. The most impressive aspect to owning Quiktent is the customer service after purchase. I managed to break a foot from my Privacy canopy, wrote to ask the metal it was made of, so I could have it welded. To my complete delight, I was contacted by Milka at Customer Service, who informed me that they would be able to replace the leg for only the cost of shipping. She was extremely informed and helpful in finding just the right part, and kept my up to date on shipping progress. In this day and age, to find this level of care and service, is very refreshing. I very highly recommend Quiktent, Barley & Grains, and especially Milka and her team, for great products, and especially aftermarket help. Thanks so much, Milka!”

“Quictent is a great company w/ great products. We ordered and set up two 13'x20' carports for our soup kitchen which, unfortunately, were not staked down yet and damaged in an unexpected storm. Quictent replaced all the damaged parts and shipped them to us for free that week! They're a great company and a blessing to us for which we are most grateful. “I'm changing my review. I bought a 10x20 carport canopy in August of 2022. The cable broke upon tightening it. I cannot get customer service to answer the phone nor will they solve my problem. I have given them the order number several times it's like they're not listening to me. Beware purchase elsewhere !!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Bought a carport canopy, with the sides with Windows. Loved it!! Had a tree fall and basically destroy about half of the frame. Contacted Quictent about buying a replacement frame. They were very responsive and pleasant to work with. The cost of a new heavy duty frame was very reasonable. When I ordered the new frame, it shipped right away and arrived quickly. Can't say enough nice things about this company! Great products and wonderful staff!”
