The Rack Attack Crew, especially Chase, were courteous, knowledgeable and flexible. I needed an install of roof racks ASAP and they were able to accommodate me with the exact parts I needed and a quick professional install, and then a quick class on the new equipment. ---All at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

This is my first time purcahsing the product from Rack Attack. They shipped out the product by UPS but the item was damaged in the shipping. I have contacted the Rack Attack and they asked me to directly handle it with UPS. Unfortunately, UPS is a very poor service company. I have worked with them for a few days but still cannot get clear answer how they want to handle the damaged item. I know this is UPS fault but as a client I think it reflects what is the service quality Rack Attack is offering. I

I ask to cancel an order because of the looong backorder delay. No reply. What a suprise. Few weeks later, I receive a notification that the order was about to ship. I tried to email back and call to cancel. No way to reach someone. I received the box damaged. Fortunately, the product inside was not damage. I don't neet it anymore but it seems to complicate to deal with them.

I bought a Yakima EXO swing base from rack attack (Las Vegas.) I was expecting my package to be delivered July 19th as I ordered this $600 rack on July 16th. I did not receive my package until July 27th, no problem (irritating , yes.) My label for tracking was apparently duplicate, whatever that means and never tracked my package.. instead it says that a label was made but my package has not left the warehouse still to this day. To my surprise I eventually received this untraceable, EXPENSIVE, late package.. what was more surprising was the way they sent said package to me. My base that I ordered was completely out of its package tapped with packing tape all around and had a 9x9 piece of the “original” box taped to the top with my shipping information. There were parts of my base out of said packing tape. I placed my package in my front foyer from off my porch and instantly called customer service (Blake) whom seemed appalled. I was told that e-commerce (Justin) would be contacted and I should be compensated for this mishap. E-commerce called Tuesday July 30th to ask me to take this wonderfully heavy package back to ups for them to send me another $600 rack that is hopefully intact with a shipping label that can be tracked… I happily declined this offer and asked for a refund… once again.. I’ve been excuse my language dicked around. And have NOT gotten my money back… I try to be a patient (this is hard) KIND, understanding person… but this customer service is truly unacceptable. The way this package came in, was so terrible that if it was a $10 gift id be furious enough to send back. $600 is not chump change to me and my family.

Hi Savannah, We are sorry about this experience. The package delay and the condition of it's arrival are related to UPS damaging this package and delaying it due to this damage. The refund takes place once we receive the item back,. which it looks like it has landed and a refund will be done today, but it takes 5-10 business days for that refund to arrive in your account. I’m always a bit nervous when I’m going to do something for my car. The lovely Dan put me at ease and iI have exactly the right rack for my car and bikes. He even helped me attach it and walked through safety features and tools I need for maintenance etc. No question was too big or too small. Thanks guys for making this family feel happy And ready for our camping weekend. You made our day ! To add to this there was no hard sell or assumption about my knowledge or lack of. It was an easy transaction and I feel really good about it.

Very friendly Staff What I bought was right Stock they installed it A lot of what they sell is on display, so you know what you're buying. Not like other places where you can only look on the computer. We'll be definitely buying from them again. I live in Windsor and I wish that store was here.

Loved these guys. Borrowed a rack from a friend and head issues installing it. Took it to them and they fixed it. No charge in five minutes flat! Will definitely return to these guys.

I am writing in praise of the excellent service that I received at the San Francisco store where the staff went above and beyond their duty to sell and install a rack on my car. I have used Rack Attack over the years to install a tow hitch, to purchase and install a bike rack, to find keys for my rack that I'd previously lost. Always, whoever was behind the counter, I got excellent, understanding service that left me feeling good about using rack attack. This week though, the service was way above parr and I need to pass on my story. I've called sporadically to ask if there was a rack for our mustang mach-e. Usually there wasn't one available yet. Maybe a month ago, I called, and got Sasha the store manager. He did the research and told me that there was such a rack but that the manufacturer was out of stock. I asked if I should go elsewhere to see if I could find it -- i needed it for an upcoming trip -- and he said, if you can get it, go for it. We can install it if you need. I hung up intending to work on this project when I had down time. I called REI and they gave me a rigamarole over the phone that I had to go in before they could answer my question. I got busy and the topic slipped my mind. I then got a call from Sasha saying that he'd been calling and that the manufacturer would be delivering the parts by the end of the month. I was surprised to get his call but told him that that would be too late. We had a nice chat and then hung up. A few days later, he called me again to tell me that he'd been following up w/ the manufacturer and that they could deliver the parts this week. I gave him my credit card. He then called today to say the parts had been delivered to the store and that they could install it if I made an appointment, which I did, for this afternoon. I told Sasha I had an old rack and that perhaps I could save some money if the rails worked w/ the new install. He said no problem; bring them in and we'll try them. Install went smoothly. I'm not proud owner of a fancy new roof rack in time for my trip next week (Unfortunately the old rails were too short). I'm writing to you to tell you your staff are excellent. In particular Sasha, the store manager. Thank you. Keep up the good service,
