After buying a product as a guest user I was offered the option of making my account permanent. Being pleased with the prices I decided to complete the sign up process. Order arrived next day. Very happy so I went to order some more parts, I log into my newly created account only to find my account is showing the order details for someone else from 2013. How you've joined my account into theirs I don't know. I think you're potentially in breach of data protection regulations. Well over an hour chatting to customer services I get no where! Phone customer service the next day and after a long time chatting on hold (Tom was helpful but unable to fix it himself) I'm told customer service can't fix it and the web team would phone me back. 48 hours, still no phone call from the web team. Account now doesn't show ANY orders! I've wasted well over an hour of my time trying to get my account sorted so I can use your services again. Don't think I'll bother!

Items were missing from my last order, I've detailed this in 3 emails and the response has been to ask me what items were missing. My last email was ignored. Hopeless. I'll be going elsewhere in future.

I paid more for my next day delivery . But it has delayed for three days. I have contact staff both online and by calling which did not work at all.

I ordered 2 bottles of photo-resist. Only one arrived, and it was half empty as it leaked. The lid had cellotape around it so it must have been a return. very poor service

You offer items for sale, take customers cash then take for ever to deliver. This is NO GOOD whatsoever to someone like me who is attempting to offer a repair service, my customer has a piece of expensive equipment stood idle for the want of a spare part and understandably is getting annoyed with my excuses for your lamentable service. My parts still have not arrived (ordered 31/3), I could have ordered the same items from DigiKey in America and I know from experience they would have been here by now. Will I use you again, certainly not.

Ordered a Swiss Army Knife and paid for next day delivery. When that didn't happen I asked for a refund - several times. So far nothing. Utter thieves. I'll never use them again.

Placed an order, but the wrong item was sent. Rang to complain, they said they would look into it, did get one phone call back to say they would look into it. Not heard anything since.

Unfortunately I did not open my parcel before 21 days had elapsed and found that only half my order had been sent. Customer Service were uninterested in the problem and most unhelpful as they had no obligation to fix the problem due to the length of time elapsed. Do not trust them to send what you have ordered. I have just received my order of 2 packs of twenty five plastic wallets from GLS and I received 2 packs of 25 plastic wallets NOT 2 packs of 12 as I did from Rapid electronics when I had ordered 2 packs of 24!

I ordered the wrong size of suspension files and upon enquiring as to how to exchange them Rapid Electronics didn't even have the decency to respond.

They only had half the stock I ordered and I wasn't informed of this until I contacted them to ask why only half had been delivered. I still had to pay the full postage charge for half the products after I cancelled the order increasing the unit price significantly. Very poor communication.

A question got asked by calling your office about postage charges which is currently set online as£2.99 for normal and £3.99 for next day. We ordered 5 pieces of fuse (weighing less then 0.20 grams) which could have been posted on RM, but we got told the charges would stay, hence we had no options but to select the £2.99 as the postage cost to post an item worth £2.49, presuming the goods will be delivered to us on recorded basis ! Surprisingly we received the item in RM with a postage paid of £0.80, hence bit disappointed to find that your office is not very honest when it comes to delivering the service. The whole excercise was to obtain a reduction on postage to justify the cost based on our order. Not very impressed and will take into advisement.

Ordered 2 button batteries. Size of a fifty pence piece. Arrived in a parcel the size of a loaf of bread. Waste of resources. Emailed my feedback. No reply. Therefore won't use again.

Everything shown as in stock when order was placed on 24-11-15, so far 3 deliveries with 3 invoices, and still not received 3 items, or the full quantity of one item. Items not received are electrolytic capacitors and RJ45 type plugs, which are hardly rare or obscure items. I now have had to order from RS who supplied all the items next day with no delivery charge. I know where my business will be!. To be fair Servisol super 10 was the cheapest I could find, which is why I placed the order with you. I just thought I would add my other requirements that day to the order to save paperwork etc, but so far have 3 invoices with at least another to come

I always found rapid to be a very good company to deal with until my recent phone call to them. I had ordered several items for an urgent customer order. They duly arrived very speedily as usual with the exception of one vital ic. The order confirmation had stated they were ex stock but on the delivery note it said they were on back order. As there was an alternative I called them to ask them to send that instead. I had the most frustrating phone call ever with a very stroppy and defensive woman who actually put the phone down on me. When I called back she did I the same again. I consequently called farnell who shipped it immediately with no delivery charge I might add. Suffice to say ordering on line is definitely a preferred option, I won't be calling them again and am currently cross referring my parts list elsewhere.

The courier company must have signed for the package. The system said it was delivered however when asking for prove the signed name was spelt wrong on the documentation. I still have not received the goods. Regards David Gorrod 07824866800, dgorrod@surrecricket.com

Poor delivery, after waiting several days, I called and told coming today, 2 days later called again and was told the delivery company couldnt deliver because the address was missing. Why is it that the customer has to chase this basic stuff up?
