“Very good service, apart from the return of the visa.
I specifically asked to be contacted before return to ensure somebody was available to sign for delivery, but they sent it as soon as it was available for return. As nobody was at home, this meant that it was returned to the local PO, and I then had to make a special trip to collect. Such a simple request, but not adhered to.”

only negative was they said it had been posted out, when it later turned out it had missed the post. so whilst i still got it in time, it caused some needless stress on the expected day and time spent on calls to Royal mail. would use again though for sure as otherwise communication was excellent..”
“I am not stupid, I have filled in forms all my life but I had difficulties filling in the online India Visa application form. After several abortive, time consuming attempts I rang the Rapid Visa helpline on a Friday, spoke to a gentleman who insisted that all the boxes on the form had to be completed.
Having spent hours on a further five attempts over the weekend I discovered this was not possible: on the online form there was no box that correlated with the information required.
One quick call on Monday to Nikoletta confirmed my suspicions, that what I had been doing was correct. Had the chap listened to me on Friday, I would have saved hours. Apart from that an excellent service.”
“In a way, it's always a nightmare getting an India visa by post - hard to do everything exactly right first time. But I've used rapid visas four times now and even once when the application was not processed in time, was very grateful that they did everything possible to remedy the problem and refunded the cost of the visa. This last time I was more impressed because gone is the middle-man and when I ring, I'm not able to speak directly to the person processing the application - this is very reassuring when urgency is paramount. I would use rapid-visas again. I feel I'm beginning to get to know the staff and know the strengths and pitfalls of the process. I have two things that I think could be improved. Let the people know where the drop-off/pick-up point is on your homepage - even if it is not your own office!
Someone - I don't know if this was done by you or by the KSA embassy - stitched through the front page of my brand new passport! This is the most stupid thing I have ever seen when it comes to passports/visas - and I travel a lot! The new passports embed a chip stitching through the front page can destroy the chip! However did that - please notify that we are in the 21st century and chips are in use!”
