“The juice cleanse was good. Then I tried the protein shakes and they were practically inedible. They were a big waste of money.”

“The first time I did this I got better results. I felt the second time I was better prepared when I went in but only dropped 2 pounds. I still feel better and enjoyed the drinks. Maybe I need to let more time pass before doing it again.”

Hi Lorraine! We are sorry to hear you were not as pleased with your results the second time around. Have you considered trying to cleanse for 5 days instead of 3? We also recommend the Stay Skinny Method as a post-cleanse program to continue/maintain weight-loss if that is your main goal. Let us know what you think!

“My husband and I enjoyed the protein cleanse for a few days and then he broke out in a terrible rash all over, his throat started itching and mouth swelling. After two DR visits, a steroid shot, two different oral steroids, a steroid cream, Benadryl, and lots of hydrocortisone cream... We discovered that people sensitive to poison ivy will have an extreme allergic reaction to raw, unprocessed cashews. This is a disclaimer that TRULY needs to be addressed and could have been tragic had we not taken it seriously and addressed it immediately. I did appreciate that they cancelled my subscription without fulfilling the second shipment and the flavors were good. But, unfortunately we learned the hard way that unprocessed, raw cashews can cause serious allergic reactions!”

“I gained weight because I was still needing something solid! I was eating low carb, a little protein. The high carbs in the drinks, I feel causes my body to not lose and to actually gain weight!🤷‍♀️”

Hi Sandra! We are very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience. Our cleanses are designed to be consumed on their own. Adding in a low-carb diet would cause this to happen. When cleansing we recommend only drinking the 6 bottles a day, as much water as possible, and only raw fruits or veggies if you feel the need to snack on something. You can also have some plain steamed vegetables or a plain sweet potato if you feel like you need something more substantial. Anything more than that would affect the outcome of the cleanse.

“I did the low sugar cleanse and while I found the fruit mixes to taste good the two protein options vanilla and the other one were so bad that I had to toss them. There goes 50 bucks in smoothies down the drain. On the bright side I lost weight because without that protein ones the calorie count was 500 a day…”

“Did the 5 days “low sugar detox cleanse”. Was honestly way too much juice, ended up only drinking 4 of the 6 per day. My body was not a fan of the carb/sugar/fiber ratio and only lost just under 2lbs. Maybe different results for someone else but I would be surprised if you can lose very much weight on this cleanse unless your starting point is a much higher weight.”

“I find the protein shakes taste the best. Anything green is a struggle for me. I try to eat very little. Weight loss was 5lbs the first week. Two weeks later only 2 lbs more. I am not sure it is worth it.”

“Overall, drinks are fairly similar to competitors. This is also my second/third time doing a cleanse with raw generation and I’ve noticed that they are as effective on me. First time I bought supplies for 7 days and broke out the cleanse into a 3 day and 4 day cleanse months apart. Lost 5-6 pounds both times. This time I got a 5 day cleanse and did all 5 days with no consumption of other food and only lost 5 pounds and I was actually active this time. Additional first order came with ginger shot and this one did not. Again cleanse work well overall but a little disappointed with results as I’ve lost 16 pounds in a week before by using similar drinks but homemade as opposed to purchased.”

“I couldn’t even stick to the cleanse for 1 whole day. Taste was good. Shipping was fast and packaged well. I was expecting the cleanse to clear me out but I just peed a lot. Not sure if it was all the sugar, but my face was breaking out more. I’ll have to try it again but not really wanting to due to using the restroom frequently and my acne breakouts. However I saved some money by doing auto ship. So I’ll try the protein version and see how it goes after I finish all the other days.”

We never use added or refined sweeteners. It's a common misunderstanding that because refined sugars are unhealthy, the same must apply to the naturally occurring sugars found in fruits and vegetables, and this is untrue. Because we do not pasteurize or HPP our juices, all of the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants are available for your body to easily absorb and help slow down the rate at which the naturally occurring sugars enter the bloodstream. Sugars and carbs from raw, unpasteurized fruit and veggies are totally healthy, as well as beneficial to the body and weight loss. “I only lost 1lb and followed the directions perfectly, even down to the pre-cleanse stage. I had cravings like never before on days 1-3. By day 4 and 5, I had regained energy and strength and started feeling much better. But days 1-3 were MISERABLE, I was starving, and had no energy. To go through that and only lose 1lb… I don’t think this was worth it.”

“I have to be honest! I love the taste of the juices and protein shakes. The protein shakes in my opinion as a very active individual are not adequate for muscle maintaining. Only 11 grams. I did a 5 day 6 drinks a day cleanse… the amount of sugar ( even natural ) had me wide awake at 1 am. Once I stopped the juice fast I started sleeping again within a day or so! I’m still going to order again but only to drink 1 a day as an additional source of fruit and vegetables”

Hi Dwayne! Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad you had such great results with our cleanses! We understand your concerns regarding the packaging and would like to address them! Other juice companies use preservatives or high-pressure processing, which gives their juices a long shelf life, but degrades or eliminates most of the nutritional value and taste. So while their juice may be in glass bottles, what’s inside is less nutritious. The only way to preserve all the nutrients and flavor in our juices is to flash freeze and ship them frozen. When a liquid is frozen, it expands, causing glass bottles to shatter. So we use plastic bottles instead. The styrofoam insulation in the boxes allows us to get you the products frozen and as fresh as possible. We would like to also let you know we are always researching and testing more sustainable measures, however, we have not yet found any other materials that allow us to get you the freshest, most delicious products to you safely as well as the materials that we currently use. Please rest assured we are always experimenting and searching for more sustainable ways to do this. Thanks!

“I loved the first two raw generation kits I received. I recently purchased the Intermittent fasting fuel kit. I was disatisfied with results, as I felt hungary the entire time and the drinks did nothing to curve my appetite. Also, I was surprised that the main drink was mostly water and that the cost was over $100. I loved the skinny cleanse and like the sugar free cleanse. I wished I spent my money on one of those instead.”
