I'm in such shock (the same as Carolina) as I have never imagined EU company can behave that way. I'm a seller and I have accepted the offer which presented my money/fee as well. After purchase I have receive an email with congratulations and in total I have more than 700 EUR less. If I don't send my item, they are going to issue a claim and will go against me to get that money - what, till the auction of my real estate? They have lawyers. I would never imagined that kind of things can happen in EU. The target of business is make a trick with Terms and Conditions 2.9., mislead the user interface and then use lawyers against customers.
Rebelle has granted rights to give a promo which must supported by Seller, but when you are presented your price - no info added. It comes later, but you can't predict - if they apply it or not. You guess and sometimes you can be lucky!”
“I had a terrible terrible experience with rebelle, they do not listen to instructions, I’m from Canada long story short, I purchased over 10 items individually on separate orders but when the ships it out to me they combined eg: 5 items in 1 package in the meantime I wrote email saying please ship separately no didn’t listen I ended paying big bucks for customs duty I repeated over n over they again ship combined to my Canadian address as well as my London address why can they do as told so simple a customer specified saying please ship separately ending up paying double the amount really not worth shopping with them again very upset I still have outstanding unsolved problems with them. “I haven't sold my item via Rebelle, but via Catawiki, A few weeks later I receive an invoice from 460 EUR, when I called them they told me I have to pay the fee even though I never sold it via their webshop, no way I am going to pay those fees. they are scam. Even cancelling your profile needs to be done "in written", seriously terrible company and employees”

“If you live in the UK do not order anything from this website! You are unable to return items for any reason, despite this not being clear on their website. In the shipping section of the item I ordered it stated that I could return it within 14 days, but this is not the case if it is delivered to the UK. They are deliberately misleading and there is no mention of this when you order items.”

REBELLE rips off sellers! They offer very low revenues to start with and take 60%+ of the item price. But they started lowering the revenues further down for the seller via various sneaky "promotions", which the buyer pays. This practice is apparently consented to in the Legal Agreement with them in micro-print. SELLERS, BEWARE AND STAY AWAY.

I want to cancel my sale of course, but Rebelle team doesnt want to hear about it, and instead they send me 500euro invoice for not shipping the item. ich habe am 01.04. meine louis vuitton neverfull über rebelle verkauft und am selben tag verschickt. am 06.04. bekam ich die bestätigungsemail, dass die tasche angekommen wäre. heute ist der 14.04 und ich habe meine auszahlung nicht bekommen. da in den AGB steht dass die auszahlung SPÄTESTENS innerhalb von zwei wochen erfolgt, dies mein erster verkauf über rebelle ist und ich KEINE antwort vom kundenservice bekomme, befürchte ich dass ich meine tasche UND 1300€ verloren habe. ich glaube nicht, dass ich nach diesem desaster rebelle jemals wieder benutzen oder gar weiterempfehlen kann!”

I have just waited so long for a delivery that my friends birthday has come and gone, in addition I have been asked for an extra £100 pounds from customs that Rebelle did not inform me of. I either pay it or loose the item and the original cost. Yesterday I received an email from Rebelle to say that after the 15th December they will no longer be selling my products because of Brexit. That is fine I haven problem with that. What I have a problem is that they have stated that if we want our items back we need to get back before the 15th December and also pay $15dollars for each item to be sent back. If items I not claimed back they cane sold for whatever price Rebelle chooses. This is clearly outrageous for a company that takes nearly 70/80 percent of the profit when an item is sold. Also you would think that given these unprecedented times were people are struggling they would be a little more courteous and charge a nominal fee to return peoples items. I order from OUTNET in Bologna which is further away and pay only £5 for a whole box of items. How can they charge people 15 Euros per item. They know that we don't do that and they will just sell the item and take their profits. I really urge people to take a stand on this and not buy from Rebelle. Moreover, I tried calling them and emailed them several times to ask if they would charge just a nominal fee to return my items. They have refused to reply. “The bag I received looked nothing like in photos. They won't take it back and offered to resell it. 3 months later it's still not sold. That's £200 out of the window. Would never shop or deal with them again.”
“The biggest mistake i made during lock down!
As a buyer: you don't get a choice to decide whether you like the item or you want to keep it and they'll get hold to your money for 6 weeks for you to receive nothing. Say if you bought the item on June 12th, the Rebelle would keep it until July, 24th to decide if it's suitable or not. For 6 weeks they would hold on to your money just to say you would not get it.
As a seller: God hep you! I was told an item on July 12th and still have not seen a penny or the 600 GBP Bag. It was brand new in original packaging. An excuse was used and now i am being charge 7.50 + 5 eur and it's operating like a scam. I paid them 7.50 for delivery back to me, they returned back and now they are charging another 5 EUR and i fear this will go on. Another item was sent back for free ?! but obviously there was nothing faulty about it.
Use vestiarecollective or ebay. You get a prompt product and payment and kind feedback from buyers and seller.”
