“Our order came really fast , we have 2 x Red boards which are great and required a new paddle . We went for the carbon shaft and plastic paddle for a tougher more resilient paddle having younger kids in the family.Paddle came great colours !looks ace ...”

“I have recently purchased a few items from Red Paddle Co (Grey waterproof jacket, long Sleeved grey top and grey t-shirt). Ordered all in size large. All are a great fit and very comfortable. I am a UK size 14. The quality of these items are excellent, really happy with them all!”

“On line ordering easy and prompt service to deliver (and I was contacted within 30 minutes regards an enquiry regards my mailing address. Website comprehensive, only gap being I was unable to contact distributor in Nth Manly (no response from 2 phone enquiries). I would have preferred to see the boards as packed size was critical for fit in a small car trunk. As it was, the bag did fit (just as it was 410mm thick when packed vs. 280mm indicated in specification).”

“I recently bought a second Red Paddle board (10’6”), which like the first one I bought (10’8”) is fantastic, the build quality is second to none. The wheeled bags they pack down in are very high quality and the Titan pump works a lot better the other brands that I have tried. My main reason for the review was the customer service I’ve just received was excellent. Unfortunately the new Titan pump that came with the new board didn’t work correctly on the high pressure inflation. So I connected Dave @Triocean (where I had bought the board from) who in turn got straight onto Red, who emailed me straight away with a solution. A courier would deliver the new one and collect to old. The next day I had a text from the courier saying they would be delivering the new pump the following day. The courier delivered the new pump, didn’t take the old one at this stage so we had time to use the packaging for the old pump and a couple of hours later the old pump was collected. The hole process was easy and efficient, I understand things can fail, but a true test of a good company is how that is dealt with and between Triocean and Red it was handled excellently, Thank you.”

“I bought another brand’s inflatable SUP but it didn’t come with a cover. Red Paddle Co’s fit the bill, so to speak. I like that it’s stretchy and sturdy and nondescript. I live on a 45ft sailboat and want to leave my SUP on the deck while at anchor or in marinas, and this will protect it from scuffs and sun damage in between paddles. (I’ll likely deflate and stow it when we’re underway.) As a bonus, customer service from Red Paddle has been top notch. Had I known about this brand sooner I would have bought my inflatable directly from them!”
