“I ordered some film from Reformed Film Lab recently. They reached out to me to let me know that one of the film rolls I ordered was out of stock and were willing to work to resolve the issue in a way that I preferred. (They ended up finding more stock of that film so it all worked out in the end!) I received my order quickly and everything looks great. The customer service was great and I'm excited to try my new film, and I will definitely order from Reformed Film Lab again in the future!”

“Reformed Film Lab has always been my go-to lab!!! I’ve been their customer ever since the pandemic hit and they’ve never disappointed me with my rolls! The turnaround is fast, and the qualities of the photos are so much nicer than the other local labs here. I’m from NY and I don’t mind delivering my film rolls all the way to Florida, and waiting for atleast a week or 2 just to get my scans, that’s how good they are!! Plus they always send me an email with an update with my scans, and they give me comments about my photos, which gives me confidence boost to take more photos even though I’m not a professional and I’m just doing it for fun. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LAB!”

“Mailed my film in on Friday and got it back the next Friday! Super easy process and quick turn around. The lab also communicated the status of my film regularly, which was nice. Definitely will use this service again!”

“My experience was great. I dropped off my film and had it shipped back to me. They are the closest lab to me(about an hour) that can develope E-6 slide film. My local lab only does C-41 so it's a plus already that they can develope slide film. Their online process is awesome and they makes it easy to ship film to them if you are to far away to drive. I had 5 120 rolls of ektachrome developed and all the images that I exposed properly turn out great.”

“Reformed needs to update their FAQ asap. When I first started ordering from them (sept ‘22) they would always send me an email to let me know that my film arrived the same day that it arrived, and then I would receive my scans in 3-4 business days after that as promised. They seem to be getting more business in recent months, because they are no longer meeting the timelines outlined in their FAQ. For example, my most recent order arrived early morning 08/24/23. They didn’t send me an email to let me know that my film arrived safely until early evening 08/25/23. When they did send me this email they said that my photos will take 5-6 days to develop instead of 3-4. I’m not bothered by this change in timeline, but I am frustrated that they haven’t updated their own FAQ to accurately deflect what they’re capable of promising customers.”
