Company is a scam. They can say they provide insurance. Which they "Just might" issue is....................rental car companies do not adhere or accept "rentalCover.com" policy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not use this company!!!, it is a fraud!!!. We rented a car through Booking.com we bought full coverage to travel in Mexico. When we arrived at Europcar to pick up the car. Violeta in Reforma 208. Mexico, DF told us that our car was not covered and asked us for a deposit of 10,000!!! If not, he would not give us the car. We showed her the confirmation and she told us that it didn't exist in her system. We spoke to RentalCover.com and they said we are not covered even though we gave them our confirmation number. Keddy, another company 3rd, also denied everything. long story short, they didn't give us the car and they didn't let us cancel, and they charged us, ruin and plans. Moraleja never rent a car with companies that use third-party contractors. You may be surprise, because our trip was totally ruined

There is an error trying to buy the policy they say make contact. We have only by email and clearly don’t want to be held accountable by phone. Still no contact after 24 hour and we need the policy tomorrow

They are crooks !!!! 3 days of approving the claim is a lie, it took more then 10 days. Finally, claim was rejected, cause ther was no CDW….did someone says it is a must ???? NO - nobody says so !!!!!

AVOID using rentalcover.com. I had an accident where the other driver was at fault, and I submtted the claim. I am told by RC that the investigation process can take several months and then they may or may not pay me if I cannot prove I was not at fault. So for a no-fault policy this is wrong. And I may or may not get my money back in several months. And it is impossible to talk to anyone as they do not list a contact number.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. BOUGHT INSURANCE FOR A RENTAL IN GERMANY AND THE FUNDS CAME OFF MY CREDIT CARD. NOW THEY CAN'T TRACE ME. RLHALL, LISLE, ONT. CANADA

Submitted claim and was “approved “ within a day. Got email saying money will be in my bank within 4 days. 2 months later no money and no response. Finally got email saying routing number is wrong. Provided routing number again and…… still waiting. It’s a scam.

I submitted a claim to RentalCover.com online on Nov.12 as there was an accident with the car we rented from Fox on Oct.27 2022. I have provided all information and documents to RentalCover.com. The response I received from your senior director, Seth Simon is below: So what happens next? Our Claims team will contact the rental company. We will assess your claim and request andy clarification or further documents. Most claims are paid directly to the rental company, however, if you have paid them and the claim is approved, we will reimburse you. For reimbursable claims, you will receive a payment link via email. Payment is completed quickly by electronic transfer. The damages amount should be paid directly to Fox by your company according to the information I got from Seth Simon. I have been involved in a multi vehicle accident, I'm not at fault in any way for this accident. I have collected and provided all the third party's information to you, but your claim team had not taken any action for an investigation until I sent an email to request on Nov.28. The investigation is being taken between RentalCover.com and State Farm now, but I received an email from your claim team this morning, I was told that they would be closing my file and there is no further action available. Because they could not get me to pay first then reimburse me.

I booked (and paid in advance) with my credit card a car at Bangkok airport via the rentalcars.com website and I paid the most expensive insurance via the same site. These are affiliates of booming.com. Upon arriving the service provider refused a car on the grounds that my bank cards were not suitable. We therefore lost the entire amount paid and found ourselves at the airport without means of transport. It is therefore an abusive commercial contract, without possible recourse. If you take the time to read reviews you will find that consumers who have been scammed are very numerous. It's downright outrageous.

RentalCover is a SCAM ORGANISATION with NO PHONE NUMBER anywhere. DO NOT USE THIS GRUBBY DIRTY LYING company. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.

During my trip to Cape Town, I had an accident, and the door on the assistant's side was slightly damaged. According to the insurance policy, I have purchased extra insurance through (the RentalCover) company, which covers the costs of accidents, whether minor or severe. I submitted a claim request to the insurance company (the RentalCover) and sent all the required papers and documents. They only replied that I must pay the amount needed to the insurance company. Their excuse is that they cannot communicate with the rental company because they do not know them, knowing that I have provided the bank information to the rental company. Then they said I would receive the amount after paying it to the rental company, and they will compensate me. Note that they said they sent the amount on October 5, 2022, and so far, I have not received it from the insurance company. As a customer, I will purchase insurance directly from the rental company and not from a third party on the rental website in the future.

I purchased collision damage protection from rentalcover.com many times for my rental cars, and thought it was a good and affordable option, until I really had to to use it. As they wrote in their website, I rejected the insurance offer from rental company, since I thought I had one with rentalcover.com. After I returned the car, the rental company sent me an email that they found a new damage which is a minor scratch on rim. I was not aware of it because I did not have any accident, or hit the car somewhere. Still, I thought that this insurance company would cover it, however they denied my claim because I claimed that I did not cause the damage :) So, I do not have any fault, I did not cause the damage, I purchased an insurance, but still I am the one who has to pay for the damage. I am frustrated by the rental company first, but rentalcover.com is also disappointing. I will never use this company anymore, because apparently they do not provide any service when you need it.

'ONE STAR TOO MANY' When I took out cover to be protected, I am left very frustrated after 2 months waiting for my claim to be settled. I have provided everything you need to know regarding my hire therefore should have already been settled. ONE STEP AWAY FROM TAKING FURTHER ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY! Definitely would not recommend this company if you want efficiency & security!

I have I claim, that I created 7.09.2022. On Rentalcover website you can send information, that they solve claims in 7 days. I still do not get any reply. My booking reference is 278Y-KP8P-INS

When traveling in Italy to find my wife's ancestral origins, I had an accident after going down a small road where I scraped one side of the car. After trying to send in my claim information twice with no response from the company, I had to start a chat after three months to find out the case was closed. They deemed it was my fault and no reimbursement was coming. Nowhere in the terms does it say someone else must have caused the damage. If that is true, this is not full coverage. I paid and got nothing!

Have booked a rental car through Check24, selecting the full coverage with reimbursement of the deductible. Shortly after receiving the booking and a separate confirmation of insurance coverage by Rentalcover itself, which seemed strange to me, I then received another mail from Rentalcover that the insurance was canceled, without giving any reasons. Shortly thereafter, I was offered, again by mail from Rentalcover a new insurance, however, about 25% more expensive. Is this called a business model or fraud?

We had a Really Bad experience with them. How are car got pushed to side of the road while parking. We had all the evidence of what happened there, we rpvided all the needed documents, pictures and videos. And they decided by themselves that they are nor compensating us, without giving any reasons or explanations. They were continually ignoring their part of the terms of agreement and tried to exhaust us during the claim for at least 2 months.

you billed me 2 times 92.94 for the added coverage. I have been trying to get a refund for one with out any success. hope i get a answer soon
