“Howdy, Switch and bait...you are required to pay or no repairs. Really bad sign up, start up to scans on the computer. Overall...stay away from this company.”

“I had no sound on windows 10 laptop. I tried to fix it myself for a couple weeks with no luck It was a little expensive for me BUT i was loaded with virus and I never could have done this myself. The tec was a wizard. It took a couple hours, and the computer is better than new. I have a years' service and will check in once a month to keep things working safely. Also got a year's Mcafee included. I am a happy customer”

“I have just spent nearly 4hrs with technicians in order to rectify issues with my computer. During this time they were both polite, patient and knowledgeable. They looked at all avenues to attempt to rectify the issues I had. Very pleased with the outcome.”

“At 81 years of age my knowledge of technology is about 0.5 % so I need help in understanding the simplest tasks . Today I have been spoken to by two of the most patient people : John and Jay V who have talked me through a really complex fix . My laptop has not been serviced for 9 years and it was full of viruses and problems but they have fixed it for me . Their price was a lot lower than any high street branch and I didn''t have to leave my computer in a branch shop . You are able to choose what level of cover you want depending on how much you want to pay and because I only have a pension to rely on I reckon I've had good value for my money . Would I recommend them ?...........You bet I would !”
