“They helped me with cleanup and optimizing my PC after a very complicated Windows update, freeing it of corrupted files, historic viruses impact and speeding up the overall perfomance. This was done proficiently and with the required professional and personal skills, satisfied with the remote assistant technicians; don't rely on calls back, that part didn't work for me and I had to call technical support myself the one time they scheduled for a service call from their side.”

“You will have to ask the 3 techs who helped me for the last 4 days. Bren, Alberto and Jay. I have worn them out!! and, I had trouble understanding the folks. I often (really often) had to ask techs for clarification re: what they said. All were patient, so patient. I failed to tell them I am 79 years OLD, not that matters. They probably figured that out. At any rate, your techs will be the first I recommend if I have friends needing tech support. RESTORO. Until my next complaint (smile). Phyllis Lowe 5-13-22”

“Nelson was very thorough and did a great job resolving the issues on my computer. He is very knowledgeable and was patient as I asked several questions during the session. He called me with updates. Restoro did a great job on both my desktop and laptop. I would recommend their services.”

“I paid for a year subscription and when I reached out for my license number that I didn't recieve I was told that I did not pay for a year it was for a one time use. On the top of my receipt it clearly stated yearly subscription and in the body it stated from March 2022 - March 2023. The sad thing is your product is an awesome product but you do not stand behind your subscriptions.”

“One great thing was that I contacted Restoro and within one minute, I believe, I had someone offering to address my issues. There was absolutely no delay. Everything was done, obviously, very professionally and I am extremely pleased that I have someone (ignorant as I am about computers) who can restore what was becoming a dreaded chore into the pleasure of knowing I am able to get back to business and it will work the way it is supposed to work. And it certainly did not take them very long to restore order to what had become chaotic and extremely aggravating. I highly recommend Restoro for professionals, polite and proficient, who wasted no time on checking out everything that had been troublesome to me.”
