What happened: 08/06/22 Revolut blocked my account without any explanation. I wait 4 days and I have this response: "Thank you for reaching us out. We can see that the relevant team is still working with this and we are afraid we cannot foresee ANY (!) timeframe for the completion". To summarize: I opened Revolut account one month ago. I lost 3 729 pounds. In conclusion: NEVER USE REVOLUT!!!!!!!!

Gotten worse and worse, they sent 3 cards, 2 of them to a completely different country to where I am located and wrote down as delivery address, they are unable to take feedback, and the support is garbage, with wait times of sometimes 15 min, even though I have exchanged messages previously with the agent Clearly unable to deliver a card to a customer, and if a bank can't do that, what can they do?

Rated 1 out of 5 stars absolute joke of a company absolute joke of a company, sent all relevant information for business account. Keep asking the same stupid request for information which has been sent 3 x times. This is direct from companies house you cannot GET more authentic. So why are you are offering business accounts, I put £200.00 in the account, blimey like ninjas taking the £100.00 monthly fee out, customer service I requested a cb 3 x times shock horror radio silence. Even spent best part of 5 x hours speaking on stupid app chat, only via other card as a business have no access to speak to anyone. So looks like they have taken a quick £100.00 for a metal card with no service. Will now be closing down both accounts with Revolut and continue to use a normal bank...

Tried to open an account for currency exchange with going on holiday. The account was immediately deactivated. Trying to contact someone to find out what went wrong is a nightmare. They refer you to the live chat, which if like me the account is deactivate is impossible to do. Numerous emails later I got into live chat through the business section by saying I had forgotten password. They would not say why the account was deactivated and terminated the chat before I had finished. Customer service is appalling and without telephone contact helplines this Bank is not fit for purpose in my opinion. They said initially that it was a systems problem and then someone else said it was a KYC issue. Do they know what they are doing?

Very poor service, I been for 2 hours in live chat for a minor problem to recover my password and still ending up without help because the agents aren't qualified they have no idea what is going on or how to help customers! This app make me sick waste of time ....

After being a revolut private user for 6 years and 2 of them premium, they were my first choice for my small business account. Anyway thay tournd me down in a sec 😞 without any reason or explanation. Now I'm using Wise for my small part time business...deeply disappointed

SCAM SCAM SCAM I had purchased the ZMETSL CARD FOR 13.99,just as I found the card attractive to have in my wallet,but every month I was charged 13.99. IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL,SCAM SCAM . Then they charged me 28 Euros to cancel the card. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR ONE YEAR. I wrote to there r support email to ask to be reimbursed on several occasions and no reply . So this is a warning DO NOT USE REVOLUT IT IS A MASSIVE SCAM. I will continue to warn every user ,Untill I am fully reimbursed from these crooks. Phillip

Was on a metal plan and it was awful. Don't trust these people with your hard earned money. Glitches on the app, poor customer service - passed between so many advisers all making the same basic mistakes then ignored. After 3 serious unresolved problems I cancelled (it cost me £25.98 to cancel but consider it money well spent).

Violate their terms, referal campaign scam. "Thanks for waiting! I’m very sorry, but it seems we had to block this campaign for you. Unfortunately we have confirmed that some of your invitees' activity might not have been entirely in line with our terms and conditions for the promotion. II’m afraid we won’t be able to reactivate it or invite you to participate in future referral campaigns. I wish I could share additional details, but unfortunately the methodology and processes to determine this is strictly internal." Message from the support.

I registered an account with them and immediately got a message that the internal team had to verify my documents, this would take only 24 hours. 2 weeks later got an email that my account would be closed in 2 months' time because of my documents. When I asked support what can be done, they just told me to wait. In 2 months' time, I got my account closed with not a single word of explanation. Terrible service, would not recommend them

This must be fuc.ing true because it's badly hurting the fuc.ing fraudster, criminal, lazy, thief cu.ts! Every time I post the review about the fraudster, criminal cu.ts they I ask Trustpilot to remove it! So every time they remove it I will repost it straight away!!! Chats with agents take awfully long. I am sure the agents are overloaded with work. In the end they cannot solve the issue (refund in my case) and send you on a wild goose chase with merchant that you transacted with

Dont use them they rob you. I withdrew 200 euros from Atm at Gatwick and they deducted 251.15 Euros from my account and will not refund the difference

My wife and I paid for the metal plan and when we needed to use the SmartDelay benefit, we were told that we didn't have access even though our flight was delayed for almost 3 hours. Bad service and bad staff. Let's cancel our plans. Very unsatisfied.

On 29 March 2022, I tried to transfer an amount of DKK 4322 (≈ EUR 581) from Revolut to SaxoBank, where I have my share savings account. The transfer was rejected by SaxoBank, which returned the amount to the Revolut account from which I transferred the amount with the reason that the name of the sender did not match the name appearing on my receiver account at SaxoBank. SaxoBank assured me that they have returned the money to my Revolut account and that the amount would be visible in my Revolut account within 5 working days. It is now 1 March and the amount has still not been returned to my Revolut account, but Saxo has confirmed on several occasions that the amount HAS indeed been returned to my Revolut account and that the extended return time of the amount is probably due to Revolut having a common 'pool' to which the money is being transferred back to, where it will then has to be redirected to the specific Revolut user's account. I have tried to contact Revolut’s support through their only platform (chat) several times now and each time, you are told that they have contacted the payment processor, but NOTHING happens! I'm being made a fool of and held hostage in the process and being tossed around between several different agents in chat, with one Aleena even taking the cheek to close my chat despite the problem being in no way resolved! I am appalled that in these inflationary times, Revolut is holding its customers hostage over a simple bank transfer that should take no more than 5 working days to process, and that in this way it is behaving with complete indifference and disrespect towards your and my money. I am furious at the treatment I have received from Revolut and I expect to receive my money back and appropriate compensation for the pain and suffering I have suffered as soon as possible, otherwise I will be forced to take legal action to get MY money back!
