I activated my card and everything was fine at the beginning,I really found it convenient especially while traveling.Then I tried to use it and it was declined,I used the same pin as before and kept getting declined.I reached out to costumer service and they assured me everything was fine and it should work,I attempted to use it again and it was declined .I contacted costumer service again explaining everything and was told again everything was fine,I explained it was getting declined and I was told someone would get in contact in up to two days?I was also informed that I could try ordering a new card and if I was charged they would reimburse me? So basically I love the card when it works but costumer service is not very helpful.

Keep blocking payments to companies that compete with them directly then tell me it's for my own safety and go on to ask what I've been trying to purchase. They never answer questions around providing legislation for their actions, they always skirt around the issue. Takes days sometimes to get blocks lifted, dodgy, useless company.

As a current Revolut customer, I don't appreciate being asked to donate to the Ukraine war. I don't support this war at all and I would rather Revolut were pressuring the UK government to try to end the war - nobody ever talks about that. In any case, I'm already funding this war through my taxes, something I find disgusting. Also, what's happening to all the money that's going to the Ukraine? Is anyone checking how it's being spent, like there should have been checks with PPE spend during the pandemic? It transpires that this donation requested is for people affected by the war. In which case, ask the UK government to help out instead of funding the war in the first place. It's ridiculous, the UK government is using our taxes to fund a war without our expressed consent, and you want us to donate to help the people that our taxes have been used to displace? No words

The worst customer service ever, bunch of idiots (every day there is a new person) to please wait and that they are handling it..$4,000 is missing from my bank account and no one can tell me anything. This bank is a scam!!!!

Revolut's app looks cool but has a big problem: it's not good for people who live in different countries or travel a lot. Even though it tries to appeal to people all over the world, Revolut decides your tax situation only based on where you're from, not where you actually live or pay taxes. This issue makes it hard for people living or working in other countries to handle their money, which means the app doesn't work well for everyone everywhere. Despite its promise, Revolut's inability to be flexible about this important matter is a letdown.

Got robbed. I was paying online with their "safe" one time use disposable card, and someone received all my information of my main credit card account and they took money from my account. Revolut is doing nothing about it! Stay away from Revolut!!!

DO NOT USE REVOLUT! It will not protect you from scam or fraud. A scammer took €750 and Revolut did nothing to help, even after I shared all the proof and filed a police report. Revolut will protect the scammers and not its customers… BE CAREFUL!!!

I am not a customer but tried reporting Fraud as it seemed someone was setting up an account in my business's name without my consent. The delayed email reply from them was the only way to have an online chat with a human to look into potential Fraud was to "pretend I am a customer on their website, clicking 'forgot my password' link and submitting incorrect information which should then give me access an online chat with a Revolut person". And here's the worst part... As part of that process to speak to a human, I had to submit a SELFIE (???) of me holding a sign that says the date and Revolut???!!! - when I am not a customer, never supplied any consent to for them to hold my data (my image). Gobsmacked. No, I did not do it, no I have no resolution and yes I have reported to ICO

Appalling customer service. Talking to a Bot first, then a real person. They could not answer a direct question regarding transfers, that I need to know. Then the agent killed the chat box! Before he did I asked for a Sup? No, an email address? NO! Revelot should be closed in my opinion. I will advise ereyone I know to stop or never use them. I would give minus 10, if only I could!

Ik heb op proef een paar weken een bankrekening gehad bij Revolut . Maar opzeggen van de bank rekening lukt niet . Ik heb inmiddels vanalles geprobeerd ze reageren nergens op . Ik heb mijn huidige bank geïnformeerd over de gang van zaken . Die houden voor mij het goed in de gaten dat ze niet rare fratsen uithalen. Beter hier geen rekening openen!!

I registered with Revoult as I want to have a card for my son as now alot of cashless. So far till date, he have fraud transactions which this is the 3rd time and have his card blocked twice and was sent a new card. I was with him at home and there was charges of $2.30 from bus/Mrt, I wrote in to ask CSO to assist and they assured me but today Revolut just minus the negative amount from my card. Where is the integrity? I checked again with CSO and last I spoke to was ChrisT, he asked me to report to merchant and again ask me report to authorities. He is not very helpful compared to the other CSO. If I know who is the merchant, what is the point of me going to Revolut customer service!!!!!! This is the worse service I received from this CSO!!!!!

Slow and robotic support even on Ultra plan. You can not cancel Ultra plan after 6 months, it's after 7 months although they say in their terms that you can cancel without penalty "after 6 months".

I am feeling more and more unhappy with Revolut. It started being a quite good app and I felt more encouraged to used them instead of my traditional bank, specially for traveling. My experience is being so so as I am feeling unprotected with them. I travelled to Tunisia and I read on Revolut forum that QNB is the only bank that they do not charge commission/fee for withdrawal money. I looked for that ATM and on the screen I was no indicated that they would charge. I found out days after that I have been charged £2.53 extra fee. I contacted to Revolut team/customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. So unhappy and unprotected.

I've been with Revolut for a few years now, it's been brilliant for my foreign travel incidental purchases, however, when I've needed support/help basically there is none - you're on your own. I've read many reviews, saying much the same, it's obvious that there's a problem with their customer service system and for this reason I'm looking to move banks. The stress and lack of support when you've been a victim of online crime is too much to have to deal with. So disappointing from Revolut.

SHOCKING COMPANY. Referral scheme is nothing short of a scam. Online support also SHOCKING? No option of human contact even for problem resolution their bots can't deal with. Refused to pay referral promise.... reason given that my daughter failed to complete steps required within required timescale. They gave her TWO days which ended a week before she even received her card. Disgraceful.......nothing short of a form of scam. Have obviously closed my account but caution anyone thinking of opening an account with this company. There are better alternatives out there offering the same services but to much higher standards of customer service and loyalty. ONLY USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE HAPPY TO BE ABUSED.

A total nightmare to deal with their shady verification system! Spent 1.30 hr by first uploading my utility bill. And also as a last resort, I uploaded my credit card statement where the account details are clearly visible. All other financial regulatory companies accepted those details but Revolut verification team wanted me to upload my full credit card statement, really!? It came down to a point it appeared to me that their onboarding verification team was making fun out of my honest document uploads. Keep away! Please try Monzo/Metro/Lloyds etc.! Now they are also not co-operating with me to delete my PII data even though I was never onboarded. And they are keeping me as a data hostage. A total shamble tbh!

Not secure at all. A friend and me both fell for the same scam. Barclays blocked her payment and she didn't lose the money. Me, with revolut, lost the money and revolut said they can't do anything. When I tried to write a complaint, suddenly and conveniently their complaint system was failing and I could not submit it.
