I would give 0 stars but there is a minimum of 1 so here I am. After someone made purchases using my account without my permission the help team was not providing the help required. They supposedly had a thorough investigation which led to the result that there would be no refund made as the behaviour was not suspicious enough. The purchase was made in a completely different continent to where I am situated, even an idiot could see it is suspicious. They failed to see the obvious and help their user return the sum of money stolen through their app. I recommend just going to your local bank and opening an account. Revolut sucks.

My experience with Revolt is disastrous - they blocked my account on 4th February 2023. After so many attempts to get a piece of information from Revolut support, I felt mistreated. They have blocked my account without any explanation of the reason, and all I know is that there is an investigation going on. No deadline or explanation for such an investigation is provided. I even can not provide the documents supporting my recent transactions, which confirms the absolute legal source of my money!!! Absolute useless Premium account!!! You throw money away. I can provide you screenshots of all the recent communication with Revolut support team, and you will understand quickly the scale of this disaster. 15 thousand pounds were planned for an apartment rent payment upfront. I should have paid for it TODAY. Now I can not pay for it, and I live with a 3-year-old child in the hotel without any knowledge of when this issue will be resolved!!!! Any communication with Revolut failed. Support chat does not even respond and just copies the same messages all the time. All other users reviews make me afraid that this process can take weeks/months which makes this company look very unreliable. I realised that the restriction of Revolut accounts happens on regular basis with no option to contact the company or get the money back. I would never recommend Revolut to anyone. Alisa

Be very careful with this bunch of crooks, I have had my account closed by them for no other reason but I questioned why I was charged extortionate fees for very little use of my account. Took me 3 weeks to recover my funds from them and to crown it all they charged me for them closing MY account. I have put up 3 reviews with TRUSTPILOT and they have all been taken down just goes to show they can't be trusted themselves. Avoid this so-called bank, they are crooks.

I haven't used Revolut since I created my account and I forgot my password. The process of re-accessing the account is cumbersome. They created such a complex "help desk" process (not helpful at all), that you stop using it before solving your problem. I want to close terminate this relationship asap.

This company is by far the worst company i have had the displeasure of coming across, they blocked my account and left me without my funds for 3 weeks without and explaination, no customer service just a "live chat" or as it turned out automated rubbish. SO FRO YOUR OWN SANITY GIVE THIS OUTFIT A BIG MISS, AVOID

DO NOT USE THIS APP TO TRANSFER MONEY. It’s Really bad. I tried to use it to buy a plane ticket, so I did a transference of €700 which the app kept on hold and I was not able to use the money because it was “pending”. It kept pending and I still have not my money back. They do not have customer service line and only a chat. They don’t know what happened and I never got my money back. Never use this app. It’s a scam.

I would suggest you draw your money out of Revolut now ! They know there is a scammer out there (I have texts to prove they know ). I was scammed but they refuse to reimburse me. I’m taking legal action. Meanwhile I suggest you draw your money out NOW! Close your account down. There is a scammer who knows your details. I believe Revolut has been compromised and your data is out there. CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT NOW

REVOLUT STOLE MY MONEY. @obinna, I am adeyemi. In case you come back to your earlier post. Let us connect, I am in the same situation. Revolut basically stole my money and transferred it to a unnamed Lloyd bank account. I really need to get my money back, let connect adeyemiibrahim223@gmail.com and see how we can push this thing forward.

Lost access to my account, and it seems impossible to get anywhere trying to restore access. I have to agree with the majority of other people who have problems with this bank that it is best to avoid the revolut card. There are other cards that provide better service.

Revolut I wish I never opened account with them. I purchased something online for Christmas for my kids.didnt get my order. And the company wasn't replying back to me. So I did a charge back claim! Once I did that the company email me agreed to refund me. So I asked for my charge back to be cancelled was told it couldn't be cancelled had to wait on the out come! How ever the company cancelled the refund because I made a charge back request and I needed to wait had to wait 50days for the out come I won the dispute yet Once.i was refund.the bank at the same time reversed the charge back.i asked why they said.because I asked for it to be cancelled that I now.have to.contact the company for the refund I do that and there saying there nothing they can.do and to contact my bank as I won my dispute and.been refunded so I contact the bank for them to say nothing they can do and.wont discuss the matter any further with me and to contact the company yet either.are helping me I even ask if the charge back reversal be sent.bk.to the company as surly then they should see they had the refund back. To then.issue my money yet Revolut won't tell me all they keep saying is they can not discuss the matter with me!! It's a joke I feel like they are just robbing people off there money!!

A payment was credited into my Revolut business account after invoicing client using invoicing option in my Rovolut App. Invoicing clients was authorised by Revolut and made available to be used in my Revolut business bank account. However, upon receipt of payment Revolut decided to block my account and withhold client’s money because I “do not have website” (currently under construction). I ask the Revolut to return the payment back to the client, but they are simply ignoring my messages for the last 2 weeks. They have no telephone number to talk to customer services just online non-human operational messaging service.

REVOLUT STOLE MY MONEY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!! Everyone is complaining about the same problem with Revolut recently and I’m sure there is no doubt something strange is happening… I have had a Revolut account for 2 years now but all of a sudden 2 weeks ago i get a message saying my account is under review. I had money in my pot that I couldn’t access, that was my student allowance so i was left for days with no money in university. I contacted Revolut and I was told it was a “routine” check. A fee days later I woke up in the morning to a message saying my revolut account is being closed parmanetly. As if that wasn’t strange enough I saw a transaction notification from revolut showing that all the money i had in the pot (£364) was removed from the pot by revolut, used to buy BTC, converted from BTC back to pounds (the money then became £354 because Revolut took crypto charges) and got sent to a random Metro Bank account……This sounds outrageous but I have pictures to prove. I contacted Revolut customer service which we all know is only in app chat which is very useless. I was told someone with a metro bank account requested a refund for money that was sent to my account. When i asked revolut about details on this transfer they keep replying with a generic message “this is all the information i have from my end” I went to Metro Bank to make a query. I was told the account didn’t belong to anyone and it was an undesignated “fraud” account. Metro Bank told me they didn’t know why revolut sent the funds and someone cannot make a refund request because the account doesn’t belong to anyone. I told revolut what Metro said and they replied with the same thing “this is all the information i have from my end”. I aksed them why they used thr monet to buy BTC before transferring it they couldn’t answer. I asked to provide details on who owend the Metro account leg me know what transaction and who made the request, they couldn’t help me. And they are planning to close my account on the 27th Of January. REVOLUT I NEED ANSWERS AND I NEED MY MONEY. £354 of my student allowance is gone for no reason. I MUST GET MY MONEY

Revolut are a bunch of nasty pricks who will refuse to give you your money back and demand you take a million pictures of yourself, provided documents, passport and a driving license. After speaking to the ombudsman they confirmed it is now normal procedure. This company needs closing down and I will not leave them alone until they give me my money.

I was scammed and when I contacted Revolut about it they were not interested!! A payment I made had been authorised but revolut confirmed the money had not yet left my account, i explained fully and asked them to stop the payment but they said they couldn’t and wouldn’t as it was authorised. I explained fully that it was a scam and they still wouldn’t stop the payment and were not willing to help. Revolut facilitat scammers and do not care about their customers or offer any customer service or support. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS
