“Scammer made me set up account and put money in. They then took the money and sent to coinbase. Revolut are not taking responsibility. Have not helped and I was left with £2 to my name. I contracted while the transactions were pending and they did nothing. I’m a vulnerable person with mental health issues also and they have denied me help. Say they can’t do anything which my other bank has said is nonsense. They have allowed this to happen to many people. They don’t care and most likely are getting a cut out of the money that’s scammed. That’s why the scammers use them. No repercussions to the criminals. They are just as bad as them.”

“Harassement! I changed my mind and decided not to deal with them because they seemed too sketchy. They called me 20 times in one day from different phone numbers/towns/provinces to make me change my mind. I was at a point where I was screaming at them on the phone to stop calling me and they STILL CALLED ME BACK! This was harassment pure and simple. Before FOSTERBOON.ORG helped me to get my money out, they never for once give me a call non reply my email.”

“I am on the Revolut Ultra plan. Which I have been paying almost €60 a month for since it was released (10 to 12 months ago) My Airbnb got cancelled and I got multiple emails from Airbnb that they had cancelled it and I was supposed to get a refund. However, when I messaged Revolut customer support they barely did anything. They told me that I was supposed to file a dispute. Somehow I lost the dispute. Even after adding screenshots of the cancellation of Airbnb. As well as screenshots from Airbnb's customer support that told me I was supposed to receive the money. After not winning the case, I messaged Revolut customer support twice. Both of the times they were as unhelpful as possible. I have never received such bad customer support, even at companies were I am not an "ultra" subscriber paying $60 a month”

“The absurd thing is that I asked: imagine if I did not ask you these questions and registered with you and deposited funds and later on my account was suspended because I visited or started working a country you banned. astute answered: yes your Ip address can be detected and blocked by our system. And above that, this information is not mentioned in their help and support page, they were put to shame yesterday after Fosterboon.org recover my account and get everything I sent to this platform back.”

“My experience with them was extremely bad and I don’t think they deserve to get any rating at all. It is just unfortunate that there is no option for no rating. They act so unprofessional with clients and in the end they milk you more and more till you’re dry. That was my experience with them and it really affected my financial stability. I invested because I wanted to make profit from my pension funds but reverse was the case. I did not only loose profit, I lost my pension too. “The service is almost $20k and another $500 a month and I was assigned a relationship manager by Revolut. How was the information about the impending JPY event communicated? It was definitely not via my “dedicated relationship manager” or even via email. Based on my loss alone your clients’ losses must have been in the millions; Can you honestly say you made a million dollar effort to minimize your clients losses? Thanks to my relationship manager for involving the help of Fosterboon.org to get all this money back.”

“Been using Revolut for a year plus now. I made 60% in my first year and lost 8% of that in a couple of weeks due an interest rate correction. I am glad I reported this act of scam to FOS TERBOO N . ORG., I got my money back with their help and i stopped trading at the right time else I would have lost my entire account. This bot/platform uses a pretty vanilla martingale strategy with no down side protection. I would not recommend this to anyone and I am glad I survived all this.”

“Trustpilot reviews Review of Revolut UNSAFE AND QUESTIONABLE PLATFORM. DO NOT USE!! I wouldn't even give Revolute 1 star. I lost over £6000 as someone emptied my account at an Apple Store in Brentcross and Westfields London in person within a few hours. I informed Revolute promptly while transactions were still pending with merchants and Revolute could've easily frozen the payments but did nothing! Even on providing a police report and Bank's support on this, Revolute did not even follow with merchants or accept accountability. Revolute is not accountable for their cyber security or duty of care to their customers. This is Gross Negligence. Even the BBC Panorama program did a report on Revolute, due to the frequency of complaints of theft on this platform. DO NOT USE THIS UNSAFE PLATFORM. The platform is clearly not secure and should be shut down as there is 'Rule Of Law' in the United Kingdom and it should be investigated. We will be using all complaint channels and legal action to recover the money and black mark Revolute for its negligence to provide the required Cyber Security. This is a serious issue which should be dealt with essentially as they are expanding their businesses. AS FOR THEIR STANDARD REPLY TO CONTACT THEM IS ALSO USELESS. I DID CONTACT YOU AND WAS TOLD YOU WILL DO NOTHING. I WAS ELAILED TO SAY, AS FAR AS REVOLUTE IS CONCERNED NOTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY HAS HAPPENED! “This company is a scam I have tried to withdraw $18k from my account and it took 24 days since I made the withdrawal and the broker will not release my funds. I've filed reports with TRIEVALS.com about them and I've been told they'll release my funds asap. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!”

“I write again . Why nobody is answering my emails ,i text in the chat support team why?????? If i had millions it would be the same . I would lose them too??? Enough with your chat bot. Everywhere is answering ur chatbot. Are you serious ?!?? I paid I did not receive my usdt. I want my money . What is going on. 8 days still waiting for a reply... “They push really hard for making deposits, but their withdrawal process is seriously broken, I have placed multiple withdrawals they didn't process even one of them. Support doesn't respond at all.
