“Pathetic, absolutely pathetic how bad their service is.
I bought a Christmas gift on the 7th of December last year for my girlfriend. They guaranteed the item would be delivered by the 25th of December (with Christmas) if you ordered before 10 December. I was already worried when they HAD NOT EVEN SHIPPED the order by the 20th, and as you can imagine, the Christmas gift did not arrive - and I had to come up with a makeshift second gift for Christmas. They do not allow refunds when the order has been confirmed, even though there's obviously no need to send it anymore at this point.
I've contacted their customer "service" and they just do not respond. Ive tried 3 tickets with 3 different emails and its been over 2 weeks now.
The order still has not arrived, nor has it been shipped. I have not heard anything about it so... I guess they either will send it at some point in the future or they're just plain scammers.
Do not buy from them, their service is even worse than their League client.”

“Been an avid fan and player of their game for years now. Extremely disappointed in their merch store however. They only put limited quantity up and never seem to restock. Very first come, first serve which to me doesn't represent the community they push in-game. What's even more disappointing is their shipping fees. $89 usd for international shipping to Canada??? Are you kidding me? That's a huge slap in the face to your massive international audience and fan base. I've bought a ton of product from the U.S. and shipping is typically $20-30. To me this is just a scam or they're really trying to make bank on people desperate enough to want their gear. Very disappointed in you Riot.”
“I ordered $120 item for my son and got 2 different order numbers and need return authorization. They have only email returns and send links that have not recognized my name, email, order numbers despite email confirmations. Call you credit card company and cancel payment immediately with any issues. No names, just crass email handles. If their game support is the same, I wouldn't be surprised. Order 459016 MA. Below they ask how you communicated with company and online ordering is all they offer, but show 3 options not available. 4th email and not 1 phone number, name, or other way to contact them to address return.”
“Previously me and my boyfriend both have purchased 2 random figures each, got exactly the same (scam? as not really random) the my second order purchased on 10/12/19, today on the 15/01/20 the item is still not even dispatched. Support have not replied to my ticket after 15 days now. Please, do not purchase anything of that website.”
