When it arrived I discovered it was not really suitable for the Monte Carlo 6 sitter patio set, we also purchased an Alexander Rose UH30 Parasol and UHGB90 base from yourself .The 3 meter cover is far to big for the set can you please contact us so we can discuss what size cover is required .

I have no complaints regarding Riverside garden centre, I placed the order and received the item 3 days later. As for the Weber cover, I have only had it a couple of weeks so early days yet. What I will say is that it is very lightweight. I will have to get another generic cover from Amazon to put on top of this one and there is no way this one will cut the mustard with our UK weather.

Riverside was fine this afternoon when I gave them an extremely favourable review within 10 minutes of them asking for it. Ten minutes after providing the review and receiving their thanks, I received the same request again from Reviews.co,UK. Somehow this does not seem very efficient !

Products great and competitive price. Would have had 5* rating had it not been for the fact that when I phoned following a delivery notification from courier with no tracking number, I was greeted by a young lady who really did not want to be dealing with calls. She assumed I was calling about delayed delivery due to COVID and aggressively referred me to their web page notice. Thankfully I was more assertive and explained that had she listened to my points she would have heard it was not to due with delay but no tracking number. I appreciate frustration, but aggressiveness does not bode well.

Pros: So far I placed 2 orders, the delivery was fast, the items are genuine (Weber and other brands). And they have some goods (from Germany) I could not find in other shops. Cons: Sent a message regarding a partial refund to Riverside 1 week ago via https://www.riversidegardencentre.co.uk/contact/ , no answer yet. I understand that they may be busy at the moment, but some short answer by email like "we've got your message and will review it shortly, please stand by" would be good. But they keep silence. And yes, I checked Spam folder at Gmail. Still hope to get some answer.

Product (cleaner) was not what I expected; no real description at the point of sale; as my grill plates are enamel coated, got the impression that this would be suitable, only to find the small print suggested external application only..! This was raised with 'Customer Services', but sadly received a non-caring/patronising response. So, probably never again..!

I’ve had a number of items from Riverside now. The prices are good. Although.. when I received my Weber kettle there was damage to the lower leg rack and on my most recent purchase the packaging was crushed with my fire lighters in powder form. Apart from that, I like these guys.

Hi Team, I was very pleased with the products when they arrived, my only criticism was that I paid for the express delivery of 1-2 days, but my products didn’t arrive until 3 days. I Queried the delay to which I received a reply firstly calling me by the wrong name, and then advising it was due to DPD delivering to the NHS as a priority, which I completely understand and agree with. However, If this is the case, it would make sense to remove the option of charging customers for express delivery when this time frame is very unlikely to be met. Kind regards, Jon

Order arrived in two parts as advised by phone. Delivery was a few days longer than originally envisaged. Communication could have been better. However product all complete and very satisfied with it. Good price.

You really dont want me to write this tbh.. got the traeger order 1 day got the next great service . Used the grill once great but went to use the next day and the controller was dead . Awaiting parts from Traeger.. not bad less than a week on a grill that cost over a grand and its broke already.. it's not yr fault just 1 of those things I just hope it doesnt happen again . PS. The £25 Brisket we had planned to cook went to waste as could not freeze again.

I ordered a Weber performer deluxe from riverside. I was happy with the fact that the bbq came in the time stated... however when I put the bbq together the condition of it was poor. I found the support leg (rear) missing threading for the screws, and one of the wheel caps chipped . I did get these bits replaced by Weber under warranty, but was disappointed with a £539 bbq that I couldn't use straight away. All in all shopping experience with riverside was good.

I have used Riverside for the purchase of all my Weber requirements over the past 6/7 years, always first class prices, customer services and outstanding levels of knowledge in respect of Weber BBQ of all types....wouldn’t buy from anyone else.
