The package arrived very promptly and, in general, I'm extremely pleased with the BBQ. There was a small amount of damage to the fixed handle bracket which was bent out of shape with a small, circular break in the finish inside. I've straightened the bracket but obviously can't repair the damaged porcelain. I don't think this was caused by the courier as the bracket faced inward in the packaging.

Happy with most of our order.... it's was a little gutting that the Weber pizza cutter had its badge missing.

I chose to order a Weber Master Touch from Riverside prior to the Jubilee Weekend as I saw that they had next day delivery (and I wanted to use it for that weekend. I got confirmation of the delivery time from the parcel service and was looking forward to getting it. BUT it didn't come. And there was no information from Riverside (apart from that it hadn't left their side) despite me leaving messages on their website. The day after it was due to arrive the site changed its notifications stating that there would be a delay in delivery - I then got notification that it would arrive on the Saturday - which thankfully it did. However, the packaging was damaged when it arrived - fortunately, there was only a slight dent to the weber chimney I ordered and the BBQ itself was fine. The item itself is absolutely fine but I was very disappointed not to have a reply or notification when the delivery was delayed and only finding out that there were delays when I actively looked myself.

Great product but the website said it was in stock when it wasn't. Had to keep chasing it - staff were very apologetic but didn't keep me informed and part of my order is still missing. However, when they got the furniture in the delivery was great

Bought the German manufactured charcoal last year and it worked a treat, great for slow cooks and managed to get 7 hours out of it. Disappointed to see that this year the briquettes are much smaller meaning I have to use twice as much to obtain the same result. Will need to look for another brand

Sales service not bad. There was no option to nominate a delivery day so I had to call them from Vietnam. They said they would hold off placing the order for a couple of days so it was then down for next day delivery. But they couldn't guarantee it for next day delivery. They seem to be relying on unreliable delivery companies. As it happened it wasn't delivered the next day, fortunately, there was someone home to accept it the following day.

Good customer service but let down by weber service in replacing parts with my defective bbq. I should have been offered a price reduction instead of changing parts. This would have been quicker. But again this may have been a weber policy. Either way issue still not resolved.

Great product, but paid for next working day delivery between Christmas and new year and it turned up weeks later. Not worth paying the extra money to get it before a birthday when it wasn’t going to turn up!

I placed an order on the last day to give me a pre-Christmas delivery but it was after the latest time. This was my fault as i did not read the details properly. As i needed the items before Christmas i went on to Riverside website and used the 'contact us' form to request a cancellation od the order as there was no other way to contact you. As the order was not showing as processed I was expecting a reply upon your return in January. All i got was a notification that the items had been sent with no mention of my cancellation request. What was the point of the form ?

The item was delivered very quickly, which is good, but it's impossible to properly review the product as it is still in its box and awaiting presentation for Christmas: it's a good-looking box though and it rattles nicely like a good present should!

They had what I wanted in stock and at a great price. Delivery was very fast but sadly my item wasn't protected in anyway so it arrived very battered. A little padding would have gone a long way. As it was a gift, I've had to remove it from its box which doesn't have quite the same effect.

Delivery was speedy but was quite disappointed as the order was a Christmas present for my husband and he answered the door to the delivery driver. As the product wasn’t wrapped but just in it’s original box, he saw what it was, so no surprise on Christmas Day!

Delivery is prompt and their prices are very competitive. I bought my Weber BBQ and numerous other items from this company. My latest purchases though, were for my son in laws significant birthday and I was disappointed to see that the packaging was damaged and scruffy on two of the items I ordered. It's only an issue as they are intended as birthday gifts. Otherwise. I would buy from them again.

Love the table and very happy with it. No complaints about it at all. Not happy with the delivery process. It got delivered by a pallet line company ~ good from a quality protection of the product. However, the driver basically just dumped a massive pallet in my garden with the boxed table wrapped to it. How am I supposed to dispose of two pallets fixed to each other at right angles. A monstrosity that now sits beside my bins as I have no idea how to get rid of it. Asked the delivery company to uplift them. They told me to deal directly with Riverside. Eh...no...just come and pick it up please!

Took along time to get delivery when I phone to see where it was they said they would phone back and never did but when I got to seal to the right person then everything went well the long wait was during the shutdown but furniture is really good quality

Bought a Weber BBQ from these guys. Item and delivery were spot on. Forgot to add on an accessory and when i called up (40 mins later) they said it would be a new order and would charge me postage - to which i declined and bought the accessory elsewhere
