Delivery was a bit messy cos it was a third party doing it - they wanted to deliver on a Saturday, and they called me to ask so i said no delivery cos office is closed, then later i had to liaise with several people on my contact details etc. THen finally the items arrived. It was well packed, ladder was well cushioned with ample bubble wrap and even my storage organisers were well wrapped - so no breakage or damage. So all is good. Hence delivery communications may be improved - somehow there seems to be a break down in communications.

Though the product arrived well packed, but the cost is a bit pricey. If not for urgent need , I would rather wait for better price else where.

Fuss free transaction but the higher discount promo code came right after my purchase and only 2 days to use - insufficient time to decide if I want to get more items with the promo code.

I prefer to shop brick and mortar and am usually wary to spend more than $50 on most websites that I have not used but because it's Robinsons, I did not hesitate at all. The product quality and value is good as expected and that is the bar that Robinsons has set over the years in Singapore. However, the delivery was meant to be for a new home where no one yet lived. Within 2 hours I received notification of the delivery of one of my items, the towels (very efficient, but...). I immediately contact customer support to inform customer service through the chat (I believe the person's name was Carolyn). I was pleasantly surprised but yet now, (because it's Robinsons) that a real person came online immediately. I explained the situation to her. First, she was neither correct nor helpful in assisting me to figure out how to resolve the situation for this delivery. She then assured me that I would be contacted regarding the delivery of my second item, the cabinet. I was not contacted and several days later, it was just left outside my flat along the common corridor. I only knew when the delivery man messaged me with a photo of it just outside my door. I only could get to it a few hours later and thankfully it was not stolen but I am not impressed as I expected someone to call me as told and will henceforth shop with caution at Robinsons, what used to be one of my favourite stores when it was at Centrepoint. Overall, it was not as pleasant an experience as it should have been.

Wonderful online platform with attractive prices and free delivery fee. Only the courier man was below par by being rude and challenging the customer even though at fault. Otherwise, the rating would be even higher.

Not overly impressed as no notification that my item had been shipped. When I received it there was no tags attached to the item or presentation box! Poorly presented sadly

indicated delivery is 3 working days. mine came on the fifth day. nv inform time of delivery, so when i was out, just got a text there was a failed delivery. same thing happened on Monday. no advance notice of delivery. just showed up. good thing i was home.

I have always been a fan of Robinsons and was sad when the physical store closed down. My first experience with Robinsons online store was disappointing as the order did not arrive within 3-5 working days as promised. I did receive any heads-up on the delay and had to initiate a call to find out. However, the customer service support was good. The officer, Mikael, who handled my case, was efficient.

While the online purchase and delivery was a breeze, I have my reservations on the 7 sets of Hillcrest bed linen received. The actual items did not seem to match the 900-998 thread count as described. While I wrote to the customer service, the reply was unsatisfactory Quote “ We appreciate you taking time to write us your feedback to us. While these Hillcrest products have passed the quality check set by the manufacturer, we understand that there is still an opportunity to make improvements on the product's workmanship. We've shared your feedback to the brand owner, so they may consider this on the next production.”. From customer perspective, it is an unfulfilled purchase as the decision to purchase was based on the product description on Robinsons e-commerce platform. Robinson should take proactive action by confirming if the product quality matches the description, and if not, empower the customer to either have a full refund or exchange. None was offered and I felt short changed. Nonetheless, as the items were on discount and I had already opened the items, I have no intention for a refund nor exchange. However I hesitate to order from Robinsons online again as I have no assurance on both product quality and how the CSO mitigate the issue on service recovery.

Did not receive the free lavender Avalon Organics Shampoo even though I bought more than $30 Avalon products so was rather disappointed. Other than that, delivery was fast and packed nicely.

The product works fine however we wasn’t able to register the product for the 10year warranty. We have no idea where to bring to repair or service the machine if required. Please help.

Can no longer expect service like the good old days. Now it’s merely an online portal like Shopee or Lazada which one just shop n go. Those days which one could leave the stalls with shopping bags and wrappers, served by helpful and friendly staffs are over. Understand those are costs but it felt more like real shopping esp during festive seasons. Hope to see the return of physical stores one day! In addition the online stall also lacked varieties like fragrances.

I found defaults in the mattress topper received and reached out to customer service for an exchange. The Robinson customer service replies were fast, but as they need to confirm with the supplier, I am still waiting for an update regarding the exchange...

The return process is cumbersome, it should be Automatic via app / online that can be done by the customer. Engaging in chat for the return process is annoying. It makes them not come back for purchase again
