“"The program itself is very good. The difficulty is IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY. I have used RoboForm for several years. I always dread a new version coming out. It is difficult to understand and to get it to work on my machine. It sometimes appears you have lost ALL your passwords. It never is a easy or logical installation." UPDATE: RoboForm support worked with me and quickly corrected my issues.”

“I made a mistake in placing my order. One email to their customer service found what I had done, explained it to me and corrected my account within the hour. Best company I have dealt with. RoboForm is the BEST!!”

“I have used it for years and it has made password management easy. My only complaint is the latest update for Android devices crashed in install making the app unusable. I was forced to uninstall the app & reinstall from Google's PlayStore. The install synched with Roboform Everywhere and now the app is fine.”

“Product is outstanding, Customer Service is apparently non-existent. I purchased a special offer to add 18 months to my current plan for $19.95, which I did on May 15, 2017. I did not receive a receipt and have not been able to confirm this purchase was attached to my account. I have left several voice messages and opened one ticket requesting a receipt and confirmation of activation on my account - there has been no response. If I don't get a return call to 760.832.9375 by COB Monday June 12, 2017 I will dispute this charge on my current AMEX bill, which will surely force the company to respond. How disappointing that such a terrific product, that I have personally helped many people purchase and learn how to use, has its reputation besmirched by lack of customer care.”

“Lo uso desde el 2013, es un excelente programa y jamas me ha fallado, estoy mas que contento con el rendimiento y la ultima actualización mejoro muchísimo el interface haciéndolo mas al estilo que se usa hoy en día, están haciendo un excelente trabajo por ende hice un renew por 7 años aprovechando también sus buenos precios, para adelante entonces!”

“We sent in a support ticket and asked for telephone support. We did receive an email with the number. What did not work is we called the number did not get through, left a message and no one has returned our call. This has happened before. On another incident it took us no less than 7 calls to finally get a call back. I know everyone tries to NOT provide phone support, but it is need.”

We do often experience very high call volume, and as such, we do our best to address as many customers as we can. We recognize, however, that there will be times where not all users will be able to receive phone assistance. As such, we highly recommend submitting a support ticket through our online support system (as you did) as email support is offered 24/7/365. “The program is great! I've been a user since the programs early days. However, the tech support sucks! With the email tech support you just get canned answers. Phone tech support??? Forget it!!! I called yesterday and was caller #2. I waited the usual 15 minutes and was transferred to voice mail. No matter what caller number you are 15 minutes later you'll get transferred to voicemail. Sure you can leave a message. Get a call back...I never did! If you can do without tech support the program is great. If you need tech support you're S.O.L!”

“I like the new look and speed when filling forms. Negative is when I am at a place it needs filling and I click the green button, the drop down will show the site, but if I click to fill, I get a reading from the site that I have entered the wrong information. I then open the "list" and see the name of the site is not the name of the site I am trying to enter. Always interesting when I want to open my bank (Timberland) and it fills in (Google or Alaska) because that was the last fill in I used.”

“I have been using RoboForm for over 10 years now and I can't understand why more people don't use it. When I talk to my friends about their inability to remember all the passwords they have, I always ask do you have a password program that remembers all your passwoards for you and the answer is alwaws NO. And them I tell them about RoboForm.”
