“So often people only complain about the terrible service they receive-I'm writing to say what WONDERFUL service i received. i did alot of research into these gadgets before buying one for my son's tenth. rumours of faulty chargers,rubbish batterys,build quality etc. Rolab had good honest looking reviews, uk,ce certified chargers, samsung battery's. So i placed my order and swiftly received e-mail conformation. the next day e-mail" your parcel has been collected and on it's way to you". It arrived. two hour charge time,i find 1 /2 seems enough,great quality, battery lasts forever.my son is so pleased as am i. ONE problem with service is that rolab have created an unforseen financial problem for me as i have a very jealous other son and there mother. at least i have the comfort of knowing where to go. MANY THANKS ROLAB. a BIG 5 star from me mr r phyall.”

“Hi. We hadn’t purchased hover board elsewhere for our kid at xmas. It broke on Xmas day and we struggled to get our money back. When we finally did we bought one of your hover boards and it worked no problem. When I emailed you with a questions use were so quick to respond and provide me with the j formation I required. Our kid loves his hover board and even plays music through it. Great service”

“I dreaded buying my 12 year old a Segway, but when all his friends had one for Christmas I felt it was time for him to join his crew. Searched for days on end, read review after review- and decided Rolab were the ones. Ordered at 4pm was delivered by 1pm the next day. Although the wrong colour was sent out, my son actually preferred it, Rolab were quick to apologise for the mistake.. I had excellent service from them throughout. Highly recommend.”

“I was dreading the prospect of buying my Son and Daughter Swegway’s after their friends had them for Christmas and I had heard the stories of wrong models and colours being delivered and the none existent customer service their parents had encountered. I caved in to the constant badgering to get them a Swegway each and set about finding the best product price and company I could having looked at specifications and read dozens and dozens of reviews I decided to go with the Rolab R1 one in Pink camo and one in Blue camo and I have been delighted with the product and service I have received I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone it’s a mine field buying a Swegway but Rolab made it easy and stress free I will use them again for the kart attachments in the near future. Excellent product and service thank you”

“Bought my granddaughter a segway for xmas from another company that didnt work. Found out about rolab early January and ordered from them. Arrived on time and exactly what I expected. Can't get my granddaughter off it and she's fab at it”

“After a little research we decided to go for a R2 hoover board as a joint XMAS gift for our two granddaughters it proved to be such a brilliant gift so we thought we would get the second,now they are the most happy little girls WELL DONE rolab .”

“Excellent service, wonderful communication. I emailed when they were out of stock I received a reply within mins telling me when they would be back in stock, also asked about the sale price I was assured that they would still be on sale. They came in stock on the date promised and I got free next working day delivery. Very happy customer and daughter loves it, it’s very power and really heavy. Can’t recommend the company or the product enough.”
