Very pleased! There was a delay in our product arriving, and the mattress wasn't with the delivery but Room to Grow sorted out the issues quickly and politely.

Room to grow great. Delivery company (Jade) reluctant to accommodate customer needs. RTG surprisingly helpful.

All good except for the mattress delivery. We had less than 24hrs notice for it! The company who did it on RTG's behalf left a message for me at 10am the day before and didn't think to tell me it was a mattress that was being delivered. I picked up a muffled message up at 7pm in the evening after a very busy day. When I returned the call, I just got a normal BT voicemail with no indication I was calling a business, so I didn't leave a message as I couldn't be sure I just wasn't calling someone's house!. Without giving them the go-ahead, they delivered anyway between 7.30-8.30am, exactly when we're out of the house going to work and doing a (long) school run. Fortunately my neighbour was in and took it on our behalf. More notice and using a more professional delivery company would be good!

Had I known it would take over 40 working days to deliver the bunk bed (still waiting for an exact date), rather than the advertised 7-15 working days. I wouldn't have ordered it through Room to Grow. May yet still cancel the order.

Good service. The guys who put up the bed did a great job. I thought it would take hours, but they are so experienced that it went up in no time. Good to have such great service from an internet company.

We ordered the Thuka Trendy bunk bed with the underbed drawers but did not receive the underbed drawers. I have had to chase this twice now I ordered the bed in August received in September and still chasing in October. Waste of my time.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear that you have not been contacted by the delivery team to book in delivery of your missing underbed drawers. Our customer services team are actively chasing this with a view to obtaining an ETA as a matter or urgency. The blue colour panels on the Trendy bed are optional so you are able to remove these if required. Dealing with the Room To Grow team in the order process was relatively painless. Delivery, however, was a nightmare. Three separate times their fulfillment partners, Jade Logistics, promised to show up (and we stayed home all day to accept delivery). And three times they never showed up, with increasingly bizarre excuses. The final time I even called Room To Grow the day before the scheduled delivery and asked them to make 100% sure that Jade would show up. They confirmed that Jade got the message. And the reason Jade didn't deliver that time: They forgot to put the product in the truck. And that was that. We gave up. Room To Grow was very quick to refund the money, though.

Thank you for your comments. We fully appreciate and empathise with how you must feel having not received your order. We work closely with Stompa and their delivery team Jade quote estimated delivery times which historically have been achieved without problem. We are also frustrated that your delivery did not arrive when stated and we are taking steps with Stompa to rectify this for deliveries on-going. Please accept our sincere apologies for the upset this has caused.

Thank you for your review. The Solitaire range of beds are extremely sturdy and it is unusual to hear the framework is wobbly and creaking. I contacted Room to Grow as there was one panel that had a wee crack in it. They were quick to respond and offered to send a replacement. Although it took quite a while for it to arrive, had to contact them several times, it eventually arrived. Overall happy with there service, we could still use the bed, this was just to get an additional panel in case it is getting worse.
